Terrible Experience with O C Detailing – Avoid for Ceramic Coating I had a terrible experience with O C Detailing. I asked Robbie if he could ceramic coat my brand-new van. He said no problem and was up for the job. I paid a deposit for materials, then waited 5 months for him to do it. He said it would take two days, but rushed it in one long day. Afterwards, he tried to charge more than agreed, claiming material costs had gone up — even though I’d already paid. He also justified it by saying they’d worked a long day. I pushed back, and he agreed to stick to the original quote. The next day, he sent the invoice, but I hadn’t had time to fully inspect the van. On Monday, I noticed swirl marks in the paint and a rear panel that looked oily. I contacted Robbie, but he ignored calls and insisted there was nothing wrong. Eventually, he came to inspect it, admitted the poor state, and spent 4 hours trying to fix it. As it got late, he promised to correct the rest during the next clean. The next day, more oily marks appeared. Robbie knew about this. He was supposed to come back a month later but I had to cancel due to work. He offered to come two weeks later on a Sunday, then canceled due to a storm that never happened. He rescheduled for the next Sunday but canceled again. Now it’s been over 9 weeks since the job, and it’s still not sorted. I told him I’d be using someone else due to his unreliability, but that the coating still needed fixing. He refused, said I was too picky, and claimed the finish was normal. He offered me £100 to make it go away, but repairs will cost £1000 Ceramic coating should not be done on a driveway and must be done by someone with proper skill and setup. I learned this the hard way. Do not use O C Detailing.

Another great valet from OC Detailing! Very happy with the results and the service provided by Robbie. I've been a returning customer for a couple of years now and he always does a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants their car looking like new again!

Had my Mazda cleaned today by Robbie he is amazing the way he valets car is second to none my car looks brand new I can’t thank him enough I would highly recommend him if you want to get your vehicle cleaned inside and outside he brings it back to a new look I was amazed how good it looks. This is the second Mazda he has cleaned for me unfortunately my previous one was written off in accident in November 24 the blue car is a replacement car

Brilliant service from Robbie at OCdetailing. Valeted my Range Rover evoque and has carried out a fantastic job. It looks brand new after being used more recently for the dogs and tip runs. Very efficient and attention to detail. Highly recommend this business.
