I contacted Obsidan Detailing to inquire about new car ceramic coatings. I received quotes for the various titan coatings they offer.  I received quotes for the different titan coatings available. Subsequently, I chose to visit the establishment as well, so they could see the car, and met with the owner, Matt, who looked at my vehicle and provided his honest feedback, which was favourable. I had heard accounts of dealerships washing brand new cars before handover, resulting in scratches and swirl marks. Fortunately, my car had none of these issues. Matt later sent me an updated quote that was higher than the original. I pointed this out to him, and he explained the reasons behind the increased pricing, but he agreed to honour the initial quotes. I was given a timeline for the completion of the work. Matt kept me updated on the progress, and the job was finished ahead of schedule. For maintenance washing, Obsidan Detailing offers two options for its clients. If you are looking for mobile valeting, Obsidan does not provide that service. I use Obsidian Detailing for the maintainece cleaning of my car. Matt is dependable., and has confidence in his clients. I anticipated to pay when I collected my car; however, he sent the invoice to me after I had collected it. This practice is uncommon among most businesses, which typically requires a customer to pay upon collection of their vehicle. I use Obsidian for the maintenance of my car. In conclusion, Matt is highly knowledgeable, approachable, and honest, and he takes immense pride in his craftsmanship.

First-class service from start to finish. Matt was happy to work to my schedule and he did not leave anything to chance - my car looked better than new when he was done! The after-care information he supplied was appreciated and he explained every step of the process for wherever I wanted to go next.

I've known Matt and his reputation from way back but we'd never actually met. Always promised myself to take my car to him but life always got in the way. Finally managed to take it for a full correction, Vulcan coatings to body and wheels and wow wow WOW!!! The paintwork looks incredible, so glossy and with a depth to the colour that truly shocked me. The Titan coatings, again where do I start? I washed it properly at the weekend for the first time post detail and it was an absolute joy. Took me half the time it would normally do, nothing seemed to have stuck to the car. When I'd finished the job my wash mitt and rinse bucket looked (almost) like they were ready to go again! Some kind of magic has taken place. Needless to say I could not be happier and my only regret it leaving it so long. Matt is a genius and a gentleman, I want to buy more cars so they get the same treatment from him and I can feel that naturally high again. If you're on the fence about this please get off it, call Matt and get your car booked in. Thank you once again Matt, I will hopefully be seeing you again soon!

The second car matt has transformed for me. His knowledge, advice & professionalism are second to none. Very accommodating, meeting me on Sunday morning to hand over the car, which nobody else would consider. He's a great guy & very honest. I've been in the game for some time & couldn't find anyone else to match his work. Cheers matt! 🍻

I was put onto Obsidian Detailing by a friend, i went there for advice and although at the time Matt was very busy and had only just met me he spent about an hour constructively chatting about how my car could be put back to its former glory, i booked in and went round about 2 weeks later (lucky as he is always busy) my car was looked after for around 2.5 days. when i went back round to pick it up i couldn't believe the difference. Matt's work is second to none, he freely shares his time with anybody that needs it and is very humble. My last car and also my new one once its had a paint job will be being looked after by Obsidian, for me it was word of mouth that made me find this gem and i pass this on to people i meet who ask where i recommend. Keep up the outstanding work A++++++++++++++
