After a small mix up with the booking on the intended day, Shiraz made time to fit me in the very next day and did a superb job on my BMW estate. Gave me the opportunity to point out any particular issues that needed attention and let me inspect the car thoroughly afterwards. Really lovely bloke as well, really friendly, will definitely use again 👍
