Have used this service a few times and found them to be good. I’m disabled and find it difficult to clean the inside of my car so was happy to pay for someone to do it. However, today, they wanted an additional £20 from me because the car was covered in dog hair! I’ve had dogs for many years and there was no problem with them cleaning it before. I have a back seat cover so there’s hardly any hair on the seats, with mostly being on the mat. As you can see from the photo there is dog hair but hardly covered! I will not be using this service again as it felt they were trying to rip me off.

I've been a loyal customer of this car wash for over two years and have always appreciated the service enough to leave a tip after every visit. However, today's experience left me very disappointed. I understand there can be high staff turnover, but the person assisting me today had an incredibly poor attitude. I politely asked for some bird droppings to be cleaned off my car's soft top, and was told I'd be charged extra—something I've never encountered before. I'm not sure if they also charge extra to clean a regular car roof, but the way it was handled felt unreasonable. What made things worse was the rudeness of the staff member. It was genuinely unpleasant and not what I expect from a service-oriented business. Fortunately, there are other car washes in town. Unfortunately for them, they've lost a long-standing and loyal customer.

I had the mini valet, car feels new again. Shame they don't have this in Llandrindod Wells. I would have car done regularly if they did. Staff were polite and friendly.
