This company and the team are an extact example of why you shouldn't do things on the cheap. There is a myriad of "mobile" detailers out there and they just cant come close to these guys for knowledge, communication and final product. Paying that little bit more for the full professional outcome is worth its weight in gold. Twinned with the professional final product, their after care service is 2nd to none as well. My advice to anyone is do some research compare and them simply take the correct action and use this team.

We had our previous car ceramic coated by new look, detailing.\n And every time it rained, it seemed to clean it\n So when we got our next car, we didn't get it done. The car always looks dirty. Spends most of its time being washed.We've just ordered a new car which we get in september twenty six and we've just booked it in to have it GYEON coated, when we pick it up, Todd and his team do a brilliant job.\n I would definitely recommend the company to anybody that is thinking of getting their car coated. I had my car ceramic coated by New Look Detailing - wow what a cracking job they have done, I nice little video done showing the work in progress and the car in the handover bay ready for collection - it’s like collecting a new car, the finish is just outstanding. I was also given some really helpful advice from Toby on how to care for the coating, helping to maintain its new finish. The studio setup is really something to see, a very professional setup and superb workmanship. I would highly recommend Toby and the Team for all detailing work. Thanks again.

Fantastic service from Toby and the team. New Look valeted our car about a year ago - which revealed some very bad swirls from the dealer the car was purchased from. Toby talked over the options and recently had the car back for a full prep, machine polish and ceramic coating. The car looks fabulous - even a visitor at work commented on the finish. The inside has had a full deep clean as well (which wasn't expected). The driver's seat leather had absorbed some blue dye from a new pair of jeans, but it now looks like new again. Thoroughly recommend.

I’m extremely pleased with the service I received from Toby and the team at New Look Detailing. It’s evident that they truly value their customers, offering a thorough and patient approach, along with a clear enthusiasm for their work. I had Paint Protection Film (PPF) applied to my Audi RS5, and the team kept me updated throughout the entire process, from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with both the quality of the work and the exceptional customer service.
