Excellent work, repaired area and painted to a very high standard on our Mercedes E class . Metallic red, not easy to match and blend. Great customer service too. Special mention to Phil who oversaw everything for us.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The team have worked pure magic on my vehicle and it looks better than brand new! The attention to detail and flawless finish was impeccable and they work to nothing short of perfection. I am very grateful for their amazing service in my time of need. The communication was consistent, transparent and warm- a very trustworthy team and Phil who managed my vehicle service was incredible! A really fair priced job and with everything considered I would absolutely recommend them to everyone without hesitation!!

Excellent customer service, I took my astra vxr to have work on the front bumper/bodywork. The quote was definitely acceptable for the work required, took it in on the Monday to collect on the Wednesday or Thursday, but I got a call from Phil at New Image to inform me that once the parts for repair were removed the extent of the work required was more extensive than expected. All the extra work was concealed behind the bumper and bodywork, he told me that it would take another day or so than originally planned and was that OK, and the original quote still applied. The staff here are a pleasure to work with, the work they done was superb, I really can't do it justice with a few words, but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others. If your car needs any work then seriously give them a call, hopefully you won't be disappointed.

I recently took my car in to have some body work repairs and I’m thrilled with the outcome. New Image set me a quote the same day, booked it in within a week and cleaned the car on pick up as well. Thank you Rob and the team!

Visited New Image following a recommendation from another company. Workmanship is brilliant. There was no hard sell. They just gave good advice and my 10 year old car looks new like new. So pleased with the work done. Thank you.
