Have had cause to use the services at NB Autoparts over the past few weeks. Firstly needed to get my car checked for oil and this was carried out by the team who also noted my wipers were past their best, so I had these replaced. Today I had a headlight buffed as something had scratched it. The team at NB are amazing so friendly, helpful and it’s always service with a smile at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend this business

Extremely helpful, approachable, sincerely kind and very informative. There is no intimidating presentation which you might find at other busy businesses. I go there for any futery bits for the car highly recommend. Pure class

Cant recommend the guys at NB enough. Needed front windscreen wipers in my BMW and they stated that my back one needed done aswell so they fitted it to. they had it fitted in no time and at a great price. The fellas there are great and always go the extra mile. They even fixed my window deflector as it was loose. Couldn’t thank uns enough

Absolutely incredible service. Unfortunately my car needed a part that needed to be ordered which normally isn’t a problem, except it was a holiday weekend and I live abroad and was heading back before the part would arrive. Most places would offer their condolences and sympathize and that would be the height of it, these guys took my car in, helped me with a workaround, and got me on my way in about 30 mins. I’ve been on this planet for 50 years and have never had such an outstanding customer service experience. I’d recommend NB to anyone and everyone. You saved me from being stranded here and out thousands in of pounds in rebooking fee’s.

Had to jump start my 5 year old car last night stranded away from home, managed to get it started again today and took it down this morning, Adrian was very helpful, tested the old stop start battery less than 30percent and not holding charge and advised on replacement. I took a comfy seat inside and let him crack on. Ten minutes later new battery fitted, exchange of payment completed and I was on my way. These guys are really efficient and helpful for all those fiddly maintenance jobs, bulbs, batteries , wipers etc.#stopstartbattery 5 stars

Great customer service! Needed a replacement windscreen washer pump before the MOT, and called to NB, the part was ordered for that afternoon. I left my car with the very busy team the following morning and they fitted it, no bother to them. Also advised that my windscreen wipers needed replaced, and boy did they .... what a difference! Thank you so much!

Went on my lunch break to get personalised plates fitted on my f30, they knew I was in a rush and had it sorted for me in 10 minutes. No fuss, clean job and simple payment process, highly recommend!

I came here this morning for a new battery and was met with friendly kindness. I felt I was treated more like a friend in need than a customer. As I sat waiting drinking coffee and eating shortbread I watched other customers being treated the same way. Some were known by name and some weren't but all were treated the same.

My lovely car chose today of all days for the start stop battery to give up the ghost. I miss the old batteries that used to warn you before they died. Now you just turn the key and the car goes “no chance mate.” One bump start from my neighbour later and I limped off to Halfords… who proudly informed me that not a single store in Northern Ireland had a battery for a 2015 Seat Leon. A bold strategy. They sent me to NB Autoparts, which I vaguely remember using back when I was young and hopeful. I walked in, explained my situation, and the gentleman at the desk basically went “aye, we’ll sort you” before I even finished the sentence. No drama, no nonsense, just proper help. I handed over the keys while my father sat in the car keeping it alive like some sort of automotive life support. A few minutes later the job was done. The car roared back to life, I breathed again, and the price was cheaper than I expected which felt like winning a small lottery. Great service, lovely staff, and they saved me from spending the morning having an existential crisis in a car park. Five stars. Andrew Barnes
