After using it for commuting throughout the Winter, I've just treated my Royal Enfield Himalayan 411 to a 'Full Valet' by Rachel of MK Pro Detail, to remove the Winter grime. I'm more that pleased with the result, the bike looks as good as the day I picked it up from the dealer brand new! I can highly recommend MK Pro Detail.

What can I say apart from fantastic service from start to finish. It’s a family run business and as soon as you meet them you know you’re in good hands, they’re so friendly and personably. I knew I had picked the right company to clean my car. My car is nearly 10 years old has been through various car washes, to fair it looked old and the paint work had those circles marks everywhere. When I got the phone call to say it’s ready I couldn’t wait to see it, I actually couldn’t believe my eyes my car looked new totally transformed. I really didn’t expected to see that, if I didn’t have my own number plate on you would have thought it was a new car. Says it all about this service 10 out of 10 - will not take my car anywhere else.

I had my brake calipers painted red here and the experience was honestly amazing from start to finish. The service was top-tier, and Lewis made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. When I came to pick up my car, I was blown away—they had cleaned the entire car as well. That extra attention to detail really says everything about how much they care. I’ve never felt so confident leaving my car somewhere. Highly recommend!⭐️

Following my original review, the business publicly replied by posting my full home address without my consent and stated they would come to my house to “resolve” the issue. This was extremely concerning and completely inappropriate. I have asked for my address to be removed and reported this to Google and the relevant authorities due to privacy and safety concerns. I booked my new Tesla for ceramic coating and brake caliper painting. The ceramic coating looks fine so far, although it has only been two weeks so I cannot comment on long term results yet. However, the caliper paint quality is very poor and looks very unprofessional. The finish is uneven and the decals started coming off almost immediately. I raised this issue with Rachel on the same day and clearly explained that I was not happy with the quality. She said they could remove the paint and return the calipers back to the original grey colour. Naturally, I understood that this would mean a refund for the caliper work. An appointment was booked three weeks later to remove the paint. On the day of my appointment, I received a message saying they could not do the work and gave excuses. I still went there to explain in person how unprofessional the work looked. Instead of resolving the issue calmly, they became confrontational, which made the situation very uncomfortable. They refused to refund the money and only offered to repaint the calipers another time. To be honest, after what happened, I no longer trust them to work on my car again. Poor quality work, cancelled appointments, and an unprofessional attitude when a genuine concern is raised is not acceptable, especially on a brand new car.

After recommend from a previous customer i brought in my 1250 GSA over to have both ceramic and anti rust cover. The result was amazing m, the bike looks better than I could had hoped for. The whole team were nice and easy to deal with, easy to delay the booking as I had to move it a much later date but was no problem for them. A huge amount of care was definitely given and I will absolutely recommend anyone to send them their pride and joy. There were parts that now really stand out that I never really paid much attention to and was given a full description of what’s been done and how to do some after care. Will definitely be back again for a service when needed, very glad I found this absolute gem of a business.

Rachel and Darren are brilliant - responsive to emails and accommodating, scheduling us in. We had a new car and a year-old car detailed, and the finish is immaculate. Washing and drying the cars is a dream. I highly recommend Mkprodetail

I’m more than happy to travel all the way from Leicester because their level of service is simply second to none. They are extremely friendly, honest, sincere, and genuinely down-to-earth people who clearly take pride in their work.
