Had my car cleaned by Alfie (tall young chap), incredibly thorough clean my car was spotless. He knew what he was doing and even suggested following steps to help keep my car clean and to get the best from the paint. Although he is a young chap I put all my trust in him and I know he is incredibly clued up on vehicles paint needs. 10/10 recommend 👍

I booked a gold service for my fiat back in June 2025 at a cost of £150. The job was pretty good but they missed a few bits inside, didn’t clean the headlining or the boot. On the exterior they had missed the roof rail seams that were still green from moss. Most disappointingly though, on driving the car away I noticed that one of the air vents was missing and had disappeared into the air tube. It was explained that the apprentice had cleaned the vehicle and that if I bought a replacement, they would refund me. I sourced a new one for only £15 and fitted it myself. On return instead of refunding me they offered a £20 voucher off my next visit, which I accepted. This morning I decided to have another car valeted and discovered that the voucher was only valid for 4 months and had expired 3 days ago. I popped down to book it in and showed them the voucher but they flatly refused to accept it, and then just walked off. I was really shocked by their attitude, not just the lack of empathy but their complete disregard for customer care and customer satisfaction. £20 isn’t a huge sum, but it seems it has greater value to Mirror Finish than a loyal customer and repeat business.

Saturday 27th September 2025. Brought my Citroen C4 Picasso in for a gold interior valet after I have recently purchased it, but didn’t feel clean driving around with someone else’s dirt everywhere. I booked in to bring it in for 9am and received a message at 2pm to let me know the vehicle was ready to collect. Upon collection, I went into the American style diner to pay, went outside to my vehicle and opened the door. I was in awe at how much of a brilliant job the 2 chaps in that day had done. I have genuinely never seen a cleaner vehicle in my life. I was blown away by the attention to detail they’d given me and the vehicle also smelt clean too!! Yes they are more on the pricier side, BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! 😍😍

Blown away by how amazing this valet was! Ben did the job to an amazing standard! Every bit of my car is absolutely sparkling like brand new again! Really pleased! Highly recommend!
