Had them in a few weeks ago. Everything was quick and easy. I sent over a few photos and got my quote. He had some awesome deals on and actually changed the deal to better suit my needs. I got 3 rooms and landing for £99, he threw the landing in as the third bedroom was a small box room and the carpet was newer so didnt really need much of a clean. He went above and beyond as his main machine broke in the morning and he had to cancel originally but then managed to get a new motor and fixed it and came to do the job right on time! (He let me know first of course) The carpets were really worn in the bedroom and office from the previous owners but he made them come up so much better that they'll last a other few years while I save to have them redone.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. They turned up exactly on time and carried out a very professional job throughout the whole house. The attention to detail was excellent, and the carpets came up looking fresh, spotless, and smelling amazing after the clean. Very good service from start to finish. They replied quickly to my enquiry and I did not have to wait long for an appointment. They arrived on time, were polite and professional, and did a brilliant job. My carpets look fresh, clean and almost like new. The best cleaning service ever!!! Sorry, have no photos of carpets before cleaning, but they were in really bad condition, really dirty with stains. High standard hypoallergenic liquids were used (it’s very important for me cause I have asthma). Liquids are pet friendly, also powerful driers was used for quick drying Carpets became like new, with a pleasant fresh scent🥰 Highly recommended!

I’ve used MGM twice and each time with excellent results. We have both wool and non-wool carpets and I was initially nervous about having the wool carpet professionally cleaned but it’s come up really well. Very pleased.

I can’t recommend MGM ProClean highly enough. They managed to get me in reasonable time frame, their communication was great and as for our sofas and dining room chairs they looked brand new again. I had used another company years ago and they didn’t get many marks out so I was a little nervous for the outcome. However I couldn’t believe the marks they removed. I will be recommending MGM to family and family and look forward to using them again.
