TLDR - AVOID, MASCO at all costs... other reputable companies do the job with better customer service. It was a horrible experience I still have bad memories about it after 2 years!!! Got ghosted, charged double of what was supposed to, fooled, and the car got driven by another person and lied to! The work that was agreed upon was not carried out properly and there was always another thing that had to be fixed that would be an extra charge. Review- I took my car to MASCO and was received by Matt the owner, as a result of a black Friday deal popping out. Gladfully took the car to their premises in Inkberrow, was well received, and explained what would happen and the procedures. Unfortunately, that's where the good things finish. After I left I got a message saying that the paint was in worse condition than expected, and need to do an extra paint correction(fine... it can happen... got charged for it). The following day I was told there was ppf missing on one of the front panels. I found this odd as I bought the car a couple of weeks ago and the seller didn't mention it, I wasn't too knowledgeable at the time so I didn't check thoroughly, unfortunately. The front was supposed to be fully ppf'ed so I enquired with the seller he sent me videos and photos he took which proved it was indeed ppf'ed. When I confronted Masco they replied they wouldn't have done it and would be stupid if they did, but I guess that was the case. This happened 3 times more... After that was admittedly done, he then noticed a spot in the paint he tried to correct it and it looked more horrible than what it was. Now it had to go to a body shop to paint, as it was a specific and difficult colour nobody wanted to do the job. My car got driven by someone to a bodyshop and back to the studio after being told they wouldn't do it so it had to go back to the OEM. (another extra charge). This was beneath the ppf had to be removed and reapplied, another charge. At this point, I was super fed up and for sure had the feeling I was being milked hard. My calls, emails, and messages weren't being picked up, I wanted my car back, and had 0 communication from Masco. I got fed up and drove there only to be greeted by nobody and a sudden message from him telling me to come back another day. Finally, we scheduled a pickup date, I was about to call the police by now... he had my car, it had been driven and was milking me... felt like a ransom situation... When I picked it up it did look nice at the time, the paint correction was done, and he showed me the "ceramic" and ppf he put back. I didn't raise much fuss as it all seemed finally correct and all the work was done...I then left just so I could get out of there. A month later I had the car detailed by another company, told them it had ceramic, and they said it didn't and showed me why. I confronted MASCO again only to be brushed off, saying it must've been the water or I cleaned it with aggressive detergents that killed the ceramic. (I didn't... neither did the valeting company) He also mentioned he could "fix it for me"... and charge me again for it... Nope, no more... Such a bad experience I still have the feeling I have been fooled and lied to after 2 years. I was willing to put it behind me when I drove off but as the layers of deception got peeled I just could not leave it without sharing my experience. So others could be warned and not go through the same. What started like a good black Friday deal of £325 for a paint enhancement and ceramic application was only to get me through the door to spend another £1000 on top of it. I got all the money transfer documentation with comments about what they're for, unfortunately since then I changed phone and think I lost the messages to back up further the story. However, I don't feel the need to prove anything, I know what I went through and what still feel to the day, I hope he remembers me as he is reading this and gets what he deserves. Hopefully, this will bring me a bit of peace.

After damaging my car (gouges in the window scraper seals on two doors) and doing half the job I paid for (polish and coat done, chip repair not done) I was told it would be resolved quickly. I've been promised call backs that didn't come until I chased for days via email and text as they haven't answered my numerous calls since I paid them. It's been two and a half weeks, communication has broken down and there still isn't a date to fix it, so I've asked for a refund to allow me to get it fixed elsewhere - this hasn't been accepted. It has been made explicitly clear that because my car is a Skoda, fixing it isn't on the priority list. The quote to fix the damage from Skoda main dealer is £407 due to the rear seal being attached to the quarter glass, which is more than I paid for the work. EDIT (In reply to the reply by the business): No CCTV or pre work photos were shown to me (although I did show them photos with no damage taken prior to the work), I was told that they would sort it and invited back (and attended) so they could assess how much it would cost for them to replace the seal due to the damage - after this things halted. I was never given any refund or paint chip kit (I even just checked my bank account for incoming payments to be 100%). I wasn't aggressive in any manor, quite the opposite. Read the other 1* reviews and make your own mind up.

Took my C63s for a paint enhancement detail and ceramic coating. What can I say phenomenal service, extremely friendly and informative staff. And beyond amazing value! They have really bought the paintwork of my car come to life, Matt the owner even spent a considerable about of time just chatting cars with me as he’s just another petrol head with a passion for cars. Says a lot when a business owner takes time out of his day to make his customers feel welcome.

What a great bunch of guys always happy to help and advise throughout. I explained what I wanted and Matt advised what was best for our car. When we picked up the car it looked better than the first day we got it, which surprised us. We then were taken through the best way to keep it looking its best. Cannot fault the work for these guys, would highly recommend and will be bringing any future cars over to the lads to clean and protect.

Matt and the team were very Professional. Booked my car in easily with Matt, once the team looked it over we agreed the work that was required and they turned the car around in great time and to an excellent standard. Really pleased and will be returning soon to get my interior ceramic coated... 5 Star Service !!
