Brought new second hand car. It didnt have marks or scratches on it. Got my car cleaned yesterday when I noticed they didnt wash all soap of car but they did mark it. So manager free of charge cleaned my car inside and outside. But he was arguing they didnt scratch it when they definitely wasnt there yesterday and have my family to witness this. So I am the one that isnt at fault here as wanted my new car cleaned as needed a wash. So manager has asked me not to come to them anymore. Oh after this review I will find out who I put complaint too as manager there clearly thinks him or his staff are in right. Pissed off isnt the word. Oh and manager took pics of car too try and cover him.

Best car wash in maldon they take card and cash. Staff always friendly. They seem to go above and beyond any other for example I had old sticker residue on my window and the bloke got a razor blade and removed it. And they still manage to get it all done super quick.

If only there was a no star option. I've been coming here for years on and off. But they must have new owners. I paid £15 to get my van washed before going to morrisons. When I got out and checked the clean, they had completely missed washing the roof. Even with the pressure washers. Easy money for these guys. But the service is appalling.

Very expensive for such a poor job. Car looked ok but for £40 it should have been a lot better particularly on close inspection, and what made it worse was a really bad attitude from the woman that worked there. I smiled at her upon return to pick up my car and she scowled at me, leaving me feeling terrible. There is no shortage of car washes around, I won't be back here. Sort your staff out. If you don't want to clean cars, maybe find alternative employment or run a different business. Keep treating your customers like that and you won't have any customers left.

Fantastic place to get your car valeted. Fantastic staff and car was perfect when we left. The price is amazing as well. I recommend going there.
