We have used Lux Labs for a while now after getting our cars treated with ceramic coating, the team are friendly and knowledgeable and the monthly top coats have been easy, useful, and impressive. It's great to get the cars treated and cared for and we've really noticed the benefit of the treatment. Very highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic service. The team is extremely professional and clearly very passionate about cars. My car looked like brand new after the detailing – the finish was outstanding. They were also very welcoming and attentive throughout the whole process. If you’re considering where to take your car, I would highly recommend this place.

Had the pleasure of sending my BMW to the Lux Lab guys. Customer service was simply amazing. The guys are super nice, proper genuine people who are always looking to help and go the extra mile with the customer always at the front of their mind. The guys were in constant contact with me, providing updates and genuine honest recommendations to achieve the outcome I wanted. I got a Two Stage Paint Correction and a Signature Interior Deep Clean from them and genuinely couldn’t be happier with the results. Best the car has looked in years and the attention to detail is top tier. Pricing wise was spot on for the service I received. For the future, I will only be bringing my car here for any work and I’d recommend anyone else to do the same! Genuine people who work hard to earn their well deserved money. Thanks guys look forward to coming back in the future.

I drove all the way from Plymouth to Lux Labs Detailing in Exeter to have my Mercedes CLE ceramic coated with Gyeon, and it was completely worth the trip. From the moment I arrived, the team were incredibly professional, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. They took the time to walk me through the process, explain the coating, and answer every question I had. The level of care and attention they put into the car was genuinely impressive. What really stood out to me was how accommodating they were. Because I was coming from Plymouth and working around my job, they kindly stayed past their closing hours to make it easier for me to both drop the car off and pick it up after work. That kind of flexibility and customer service is rare and made the whole experience so much easier. When I saw the finished result I was blown away. The gloss and depth in the paint is incredible. The car genuinely looks better than the day I picked it up from Mercedes. Every panel looks flawless and the finish is like glass. You can tell they really take pride in their work and treat every car like it’s their own. Driving from Plymouth to Exeter felt like a bit of a trek at first, but seeing the final result made it obvious I chose the right place. If you’re thinking about getting a ceramic coating or any kind of detailing done, I honestly cannot recommend Lux Labs Detailing enough. Incredible service, amazing attention to detail, and a finish that exceeded my expectations. My CLE is glowing.
