Brilliant lads, my car looks absolutely spotless and for only £10, amazing! I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I need a wash, my car looks good as new. I just recently spent £15 in London and they didn’t even do half as good of a job but this place nailed it.

Absolutely brilliant service every time I come here. The staff are really friendly and take their time to do a proper, thorough job — my car always looks spotless afterwards. You can tell they actually care about the quality of their work, which is rare these days. Prices are very reasonable for the level of service you get too. Sustains that clean look after a drive in the rain. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable car wash around solihull.

I’ve had really excellent service from Lode Lane Car Valeting Company and would highly recommend them. They are reliable, professional, and take real pride in their work. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the car came back looking fantastic. It’s not always easy to find people who consistently do a genuinely good job, but these clearly care about quality and customer service. Friendly, efficient, and very thorough — I’ll definitely be using them again.

First time using here . I had the inside and outside done ,not pleased with how the wash went as many marks still left on my vehicle, I was told I needed to have the £350 polish treatment ,this would remove the marks !!. I did not see any signs to say cash only, was advised after job done . Because I was not happy with the service given ,I was informed that they were too busy so could not do any better ,as they hadn't even wiped properly around the door areas. I did ferl quite intimated when I said I was not happy with service .,so felt had to accept a very poor job . After your rude reply I have looked at your reviews ,and note that I am not the only very person to have these issues with you . Also damage to rear windscreen wiper ,noticed at garage but too annoyed at the time ! Due to staff attitude towards me Definitely not a good job but attitude of staff intimidating ,not helpful.

Hi, i do like your car wash. The boys and girls do a great service. But. When i pre-book in advance for a full valet and turn up for my appointment then to be told that it’s to busy we can’t do it. I don’t think that’s very professional. So I spent my £150 somewhere else.

Absolutely dreadful experience here today. The guys who cleaned the car were really good, but I was hoping to get the inside of my car cleaned as well. This is what I usually get done when I bring my car here; inside and out for £27.00. When the car was outside one of the women came out and told me that my car would not be able to be cleaned inside because it was 'too dirty' and they would be closing in 5 minutes. This was at 15.40pm. I checked when I got home, and the valeting centre actually closes at 4pm on Sunday. The inside of my car could easily have been cleaned in 15 minutes maximum. This member of staff obviously just wanted to finish early instead of offering the good level of customer service that many of the other staff at this valet centre provide. She also suggested that I had paid £40 to have my car cleaned inside and out before. This is the price it costs for a large car to be cleaned. My car is a Volkswagen Up, and I have never been charged more than £27.00 before. Overall really lousy service from a member of staff who just couldn't be bothered. When I asked how much it would be if I brought my car back the following day I was told it would be at least £20, just to have the inside cleaned. She also suggested that I might like to clean the car inside myself a bit prior to bringing it in! As well as suggesting that I had paid £40 the previous time I had visited (untrue!), the member of staff who spoke to me also pointed out that the price to get your car cleaned also varies depending on how busy they are and on what day of the week you choose to take your car. This is not made clear upon arrival at the centre, especially considering the prices are clearly displayed on the wall inside. Be careful if you take your car to be cleaned here, as the prices may vary unexpectedly and without prior warning! Also, be mindful that it's not 'too dirty'.

First time using this service and was really disappointed with the quality of clean and level of service from the staff. I was immediately told on arrival that the minimum charge would be £40 and that it could be more later on. I felt like I had absolutely no say in this and was given no information. I was then told that it was going to cost me £60 for the service which was clearly an attempt to sneakily charge more… when I questioned it the price went back down to 40 which is very strange!! The service felt really rushed and quality of the cleaning was really poor, with the floors and seats not properly cleaned and left wet. The outside was left with water marks still on it that hadn’t been dried/ finished properly. My receipts and other belongings from the side door were also thrown out on the floor for no reason and I had to pick them up myself at the end. As a first time customer, I left disappointed and felt ripped off considering the better service and price I normally get elsewhere.
