This was by far the best valet experience l have ever had. Gareth was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make sure l was happy with the valet of my car. My Toyota dealership stated in it's contract after purchasing my CH-R from them that they had put paint protection on my vehicle but Gareth could tell straight away that they had not. I proved to them after Gareth took the time to demonstrate on his vehicle, and then mine, via a video of it on my phone, that they clearly had not put any paint protection on it. I was charged over £300 as part of the extras l paid for in advance. It’s situations like this that l know l have total faith in Kaizen Care and Gareth in putting me, the customer, first. You just don't get that kind of service these days. I totally recommend Kaizen Care to anyone. If you want the best then go to the best you will not be disappointed.

Its my first time using Kaizen car care and i am impressed by the attention to detail ,level of service from start to finish! I had my Ford Ranger's outside glass cleaned and a hydrophbic coating applied. From the beginning Gareth was very helpful and honest with what my vehicle required. 5 star service from start to finish. After picking up a new car from Land Rover and seeing how bad the paint work was with scratches all over I needed the paint correcting and protecting. Gareth after the initial consultation, outlined the process and walked me through the work to be carried out. Within days Gareth took the car and made it look like it should have from the dealership. Superb service and he looks after the car like it was his own. Pictures don’t do it justice as the paint work is like a mirror. So impressed that we’ve booked in our other car and will be maintaining our cars with Gareth going forward.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Kaizen cars. The car or as it is affectionally known as the “skip” is an 8 year Isuzu that has always been used as a trade works vehicle. The brief given was to go from a filthy workhorse to something that we can comfortably use for a family holiday driving to France. Gareth certainly exceeded our expectations with his dedication to the externals, but especially internally. The level of detail from the carpets through to removing black mould off the rear headlining and green from rubber seals was exceptional. You wouldn’t think it was the same car, Kaizen has brought it back to life and back to its former glory! It has become a pleasure to use once again. We will be having a regular maintenance clean to keep the exterior paint work protected and to keep the interiors up to its like new standard!
