I can't speak highly enough of JWB car detailing. Without them I would have returned the car to the manufacturer as my car was delivered with awful scratches. Great advice and guidance. A life saver.

I had a car managed through JWB, some work was outsourced yet my contract/payment was with them. My main disappointment has been with their aftercare service. The ppf applied (via outsource), either had either a product failure or should not have been put on due to some chips (which if advised I would have addressed). Since I have been engaging with XPEL direct as JWB did not want to really help and directed me to their outsourced installer, whom I have no means of getting to for the work required. JWB simply did not return calls. enquiries, even to make arrangements once rectifications were approved by XPEL (and they were approved direct by XPEL to install). Service in short is very very poor. So if after sales service is important, should things not go as planned I can't promote JWB and suggest you look elsewhere. Premium prices, not premium service. I am hoping now to be near the end of a two year issue direct with XPEL and getting matters finally rectified elsewhere. Fingers crossed!

Very professional company, daily updates with Photos and Videos were excellent.After care explained in every detail as well as an after care leaflet. I’m very impressed with JWB and would recommend anyone wanting Car Detailing to use them. My car looks amazing a friend of mine said he has never seen a car look so clean and shine so bright. JWB Detailing were fantastic! Excellent customer service throughout, including regular reports on progress (with photos). Jack couldn't do enough to ensure I was satisfied and had all the information needed - before and after. He is passionate about his business, which shows in every area of the work, the studio and the end results. My little red car looks like new - even though she's 24 years old!! Paint is absolutely amazing. Thank you to everyone at JWB, especially Jack. Highly recommend if you're after the ultimate results. Not cheap - but worth every penny!
