I've been taking my car to Joe for over 9 months now. He always goes above and beyond to get your car looking nice and shiny. Even if I lived hours away I would travel to get my car detailed by him - that's how good he is!! He's also one of the kindest people I've ever met. I can't thank you enough Joe 😊

I found Joe on Google and took a chance from his reviews, great decision! Joe was very responsive and came to my house to clean my car. My car looks brand new and smells great. He spent a lot of time and did a very thorough job, I will definitely be booking again and would recommend to anyone!

Thought this was a professional detailing company. I requested a deep clean of the interior of the van cabin area which I was quoted for £165. Which was a fare price. Bearing in mind I received my van in the winter evening in a blacked out area. However I am very disappointed that the area I requested to be cleaned was ignored and left in the same state I gave the van for a clean. There were areas in the cabin area that were untouched, when I contacted Joe, he mentioned that he told me that I apparently was asked to check everything before leaving which he did not once mention. I read another bad review the night before dropping the van off and waited for this to be said to me which it wasn’t. He then told me that he “tried” to clean the untouched areas with a brush, While dust and grime was clearly present. (I noticed all this 2 days after I got in the van during the daytime parked at work, hence why I didn’t contact him the very next day). He was adamant that he had cleaned every area in the van which he didn’t, he also kept saying that I should have picked up all these issues before taking the van away on a dark winter evening. Being a “professional” detailer I expected nothing less when paying £165 for a service with great reviews, having done and understand detailing myself, I shouldn’t have had to pick up on these details as a customer. I could have gone to a high street car wash for a detail which wouldn’t have cost me that much but I thought I’d give it to a detailer who doesn’t need explaining or told how to clean other than telling him what area needs more attention which I did. I have pictures to prove all this as well. I then got some cleaning products and brushes and cleaned the van cabin within an hour, so I’m not sure why it couldn’t have been cleaned originally. I just kept getting told it’s my fault for not checking before leaving. Not received any refund for this either. To top it off with a childish act, this person then went and left a negative review on my google business which had no affiliation to this situation. Absolute disgusting behaviour, my business had nothing do with this, I’ve not provided any service to you either. If you can remove your review and own up to the state of how you left my van. I was hoping to find a local trustworthy detailer, this company ain’t it!

Was looking for someone to clean my car inside and out because I can’t remember the last time I got it cleaned 😅 (Gross I know!) I came across Joe through a google search and he managed to get me in quickly for a reasonable price. When I picked my car up, it looked and smelled amazing! So shiny and new. Joe is really good at his job and would highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have used lots of car detailing guys over the last few years but Joe is definitely the best so far he is a pleasure to deal with and could not believe the difference when he had finally finished. Will definitely be using him again and would highly recommend his services
