Contacted Josh because of water getting underneath the previously fitted PPF on my bumper (Josh didn't fit this, it came on the car when I bought it). He'd fitted some small pieces of PPF to the car a year or so ago and I had been very pleased with the outcome. Josh has again come through with a lovely install and performed a detail, stage 1 polish and also has ceramicoted the car. It's looking awesome and I'm again happy with the work Josh has done. Thanks!

I highly recommend Josh at JJ Detailing. He took the time to talk through everything with me beforehand to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The PPF installation was carried out with real professionalism, and the results have taken my Defender to a whole new level. Outstanding service from start to finish.

Had my Audi A7 in for full front end PPF, detail and ceramic coating. Josh was very knowledgeable and talked me through the whole process. He did a splendid job, look no further if you think of having PPF installed on your car, it's well worth it! Josh is also a very good person to talk to, and it doesn't have to be about cars, believe me! I really enjoyed his company during the process and he is one of those people, I recommend without any hesitation 💯

Not the best experience with Josh unfortunately. Had my car in for a new car detail, along with a substantial covering of PPF with ceramic coating applied to all areas. First impressions were good and Josh was very friendly and we talked through the whole process. I dropped my car off on the day I collected from the dealership and picked up a few days later. Upon collection, I asked if it’d had a single stage machine polish and I was told no it hadn’t, I thought this was the base of all new car details? There were numerous unsightly things going on with the PPF which I was told would disappear after a while - to be fair, some did. After around a month, areas started coming away and a lot of the defects that were noticeable after picking up were still there - for example, lots of dirt under the film. Josh agreed to have a look and after doing so, some areas of the PPF were reapplied. The results were as bad as before and some affected areas hadn’t been touched. To top it off, I then noticed scratches on my carbon roof that weren’t here before. I contacted Josh about the issues again and he basically just said it’s as good as it’s going to get and denied all knowledge of the defects on the carbon roof. A short time later, areas around the wheel arches started coming away again. I was forced to contact XPEL direct and they have been brilliant. I won’t go into details about that side of it on this review, but their customer service was first rate. The new car buying experience was ruined by what I went through with JJ Detailing and took the gloss of what should be an enjoyable experience.

Jordan the owner / technician certainly knows how to a; clean and apply a full paintwork and window protection ceramic coating, a most thorough and professional job. He found minor defects and scratches on my cars paintwork that even my keen eye had missed, repaired them and made the car shine like never before. I will certainly be recommending his services to all my motoring friends.

Second car I’ve had done with Josh and his team and he has knocked it out of the park again! Had full PPF coverage done this time and he kept me updated throughout the whole process. Asked how I wanted certain panels, badges done. Answered all the long questions I had as well. Highly recommend!

Josh and the JJ Detailing team have a great eye for detail... they transform the look of vehicles. Whether it be valets, detailing, correction, protective coatings or PPF whatever it goes in for it comes out shining!! Cars treated like their own so rest assured it'll be in good hands... Along with an after care service that is rare to find now in this industry!! Highly recommended. A+++++
