Needed my filthy old Mondeo given a post winter clean up. I found JG Valeting & Detailing online and contacted David. I got a prompt response and booking options. David turned up on time and spent a good couple of hours carefully cleaning the inside and outside of my car. I'm really pleased with the results. The car is sparkling. David also gave some useful tips on maintaining the cars condition. I'll certainly be booking again!

Exceptional professionalism and generosity – Highly Recommended I want to leave a review for David from JG Valeting & Detailing even though I didn’t ultimately use his service. The reason is simple: the level of help he provided over the phone was outstanding. I was dealing with a serious mould issue in my daughter's vehicle and David spent a considerable amount of time explaining the correct methodology for mould removal, the right approach to treatment, and what to watch out for. This was not a quick or superficial one-time conversation — we spoke on several occasions - I received clear, practical advice from someone who genuinely knows his craft. Importantly, David gave this advice freely and without expecting anything in return. He knew I was over 200 miles away, yet he still took the time to guide me through the process simply to help a stranger. That level of professionalism and integrity is extremely rare. If I lived closer to London, I would without hesitation use JG Valeting & Detailing for all my detailing needs. Based on the knowledge, honesty, and willingness to help that David demonstrated, I would trust his work completely. It’s refreshing to come across someone who clearly takes pride in their expertise and is prepared to help others even when there’s no immediate benefit to themselves. I would highly recommend David and JG Valeting & Detailing to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy detailing specialist.

David was brilliant - very professional, knowledgable and dedicated to delivering a great job. He took time to understand what kind of valet I needed, with no pressure to upsell. He took time to complete a thorough job, leaving my car sparkling like new. He also stayed an extra 10 minutes to give my daughter advice on how to care for her convertible car’s roof which was greatly appreciated. Thank you David, we will book again!

I've had a mold issue with my car and JG valeting came up highly recommended in my search to find a car mold removal specialist. I called David and although he didn't cover the area I was in, he spoke to me on the phone for over half an hour, guided me through the steps to find the cause of the mold (he was spot on with his prediction) and then recommended the next steps with local garages/cleaners. He was absolutely amazing and so kind even though I wasn't a customer. I am genuinely so grateful for all his help and appreciate his advice so much as it's helped ease the stress the car has been giving me! Thank you so much ☺️

Really pleased with my standard valet from David today. Main dealer failed to valet the car, so needed a thorough clean. David was great, he didn’t try and oversell what needed to be done, worked really hard to get the job done. The result is great, thank you. I would definitely recommend.
