My car was in pretty rough shape. The paint had gone uniformly flat across the whole body after being neglected for over a year, the headlights were pretty misted over and I didn't have super high expectations of what could be done with it short of a full respray. Ethan revived the paint way beyond what I expected and the paint looks and feels as smooth as when it rolled off the factory line. His skills are without question. I have had a professional detail done before (elsewhere) and despite the high price, I was quite underwhelmed. Ethan reset my expectations for what can be done by people who genuinely care about they do and who get genuinely excited about the transformations they provide and his price was very competitive. To deal with, Ethan is friendly and polite and went out of his way to accommodate my working shifts. He was professional in every aspect of his service. Thank you so much Ethan, I'm beyond pleased!

Ethan came to get some scratches out of my car, and was so honest and professional. He worked really hard to get the scratches out and made it look so much better but was unable to get them fully out due to being quite deep and so didn’t charge for the service he provided, which he didn’t need to have done, we would have gladly paid for the work he did do. Very friendly and reliable, highly recommend! Thank you!

Ethan came out to me today with another team member (so sorry I didn’t even catch his name) and they have both done an amazing job on the interior of my car. My car was in a bad way after I had uncontrollably vomited and not been able to reach to clean it all myself or get rid of the smell. They were fully booked but still managed to fit me in within 2 day and were both so lovely and very professional. I have pale grey fabric seats that are now completely spotless as is every corner of the inside of my car (seats are still drying out in photos). Can’t thank them both enough, would highly recommend to anyone thinking of using their services and would definitely call them again for any other emergencies I have!

Brought a white car which was covered in rust. Called Ethan to ask if this was something he could help with. He came out the same day to assess the car and booked in the job for a few days later. They have been out today and managed to take all of the orange rusting off the vehicle and have left it shining like new. The car looks amazing and so much better than before. Was really reasonably priced for quick a big job. Would absolutely recommend JE Detailing. Thank you so much.

I had a disappointing experience with JE Detailing Ltd. The first valet job was subpar, with results worse than a local hand car wash. Despite their offer to redo the valet at their Wigan location, the second attempt still fell short – the seats weren't thoroughly cleaned. The most concerning aspect was the damage caused to my infotainment screen. When I contacted them, they claimed they couldn't do anything, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied with their lack of accountability. I regret not stopping immediately to address the issue in person. Instead, I drove away and sent them pictures later. However, even with evidence, they refused to acknowledge their responsibility. Overall, my experience with JE Detailing was deeply disappointing, and I would caution others to be wary of their services.
