Great job, the van is too clean now so I need to get some dirt on it 😁

My car came back woth more scratches than it went in with.. I paid £250 for what can only be described as a mediocre valet. I will be avoiding in the future

Bad service. Would not recommend. They never turned up on my original appointment day in Ballasalla, despite a date and time being clearly agreed. When I chased it, I was told “you’re in the system, but also not”. I was rebooked for the next day. When I dropped the car off, I was mumbled at rather than spoken to, with no proper explanation or customer interaction. A few hours later, I got a call to collect it. When I got back, I found: - My brand new windscreen covered in black glue - My scuttle panel cover broken, with a roughly filled 1x2 inch hole using the same black glue - The headlight polish I requested had not been done When collecting the car, three staff were present, yet barely a word was spoken to me. When I asked why there was no extra charge for the headlight polish, I was simply told “don’t worry” and handed the keys. They did attempt to contact me after I emailed them to solve the issues, but as I clearly stated in my email, I am not interested in them fixing it. I would rather leave an honest review and warn others than allow poor workmanship and customer service to be hidden. If this has happened to me, someone who pays close attention to their car, I can only wonder how many others have been affected who might not notice.

Amazing service at a very reasonable price. Super happy with the results and more importantly so is my wife. Will definitely be back!
