Excellent. My car was rear ended, a little while ago. They did a great job of repairing the damage to the rear bumper. When picking the car up, they said it was fully finished, and there was another part of the bumper which they were waiting for the manufacturer to send through. (I couldn't even see what wasn't done, and I'm fussy). The car was returned to them recently, and an hour later all completed, they put the part on the car. The car now looks immaculate. Excellent service. Perfect repair.

10/10 service from start to finish, wouldn’t go anywhere else! Going to your car and seeing it damaged can obviously be very frustrating and upsetting. From the first point of contact with intensive car unit they made me feel so at ease and I knew my car would be in good hands. Super professional and helpful from start to finish. Peter was communicating throughout the whole progress of my car in repair. When I collected my car after repair I was very overwhelmed with how great it looked - Pretty much brand new! If you’re thinking of going here they will not disappoint. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend the intensive car unit enough. They were very helpful after being in an accident. They were professional, and friendly throughout the whole process. They gave me loads of advice when it came to my insurance and we’re very reassuring. If you need any bodywork done then this is the only place to go. A great service and Peter was especially great. Thank you so much for everything. Very grateful.
