Full valet done for me by Tom. Car now looks immaculate - he really did a fantastic job. I'm so pleased with the end result - the best valet I've ever had done. Great attention to detail too. Tom is a lovely, friendly, hard working guy and is willing to provide advice and suggestions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. A job so well done.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Tom and the team—my A7 looks absolutely incredible! When I first bought the car, the paintwork was in poor condition, the interior was worn, and it didn’t smell great. I dropped it off on Friday, and by Monday I collected a car that looks like it’s just come straight out of the factory. The photos genuinely don’t do it justice. The interior is phenomenal. The paintwork is gleaming. The wheels are spotless, and Tom even sprayed the callipers, which really finishes the look perfectly. If you’re looking for a company with exceptional attention to detail, competitive pricing, and a team you can genuinely trust, I can’t recommend Tom and the team at Imperial highly enough 👏
