Fantastic! Car had got so dirty over the winter and Michael came and made it look new again! Really good communication, professional clean, in fact better than the Audi showroom did when I purchased it. Couldn't ask for more, will use again. Thanks Michael.

I couldn’t be happier with the results! My car’s interior was really dirty, I honestly wasn’t sure it could ever look clean again but the team at IBM did an absolutely amazing job. Every surface looks spotless, the seats and carpets look brand new, and it even smells fresh again. You can tell they take pride in their work and pay attention to every detail. Super professional, friendly, and worth every penny. Highly recommend to anyone who wants their car looking its best!

Booked a Platinum service on my Honda Jazz, and the result is superb. Exceptional customer service from Michael. Arrived on time, incredible attention to detail and very professional and friendly. Will be signing up for a maintenance plan and can highly recommend these guys to anyone who is looking to get their vehicle gleaming like it did when they drove it off the forecourt - inside and out. Michael cleans my car every couple of months. Before it’s done, I’ve begun to hate my car. Once he’s waved his magic wand, I love my car all over again. I do nothing whilst he empties the boot of all my belongings and gets to work. The car just sparkles for me when Michael has spent maybe 90 minutes doing his thing. Its spotless and lasts well. I have yet to find any little niggle that he’s missed. Although initially it seemed like a bit of an extravagance, I now think I save money as it is so well done.. I also know when he’s coming next so it’s a job sorted that will happen automatically. Love that.

Thanks to Michael, awesome service and an expert at what he does. I would have no hesitation recommending him. Great results with the refurbishment of my brake callipers and repainting red. Plus taking the rust off my discs and painting black. It now looks like new! Thank you!

Excellent service. Polite and professional. Had callipers on my beloved Alfa Romeo sprayed and decal’d. Very happy with result and fairly priced.
