The prices have changed but not by much. The number 1 exterior service was very quick and efficient, every member of staff knew what they were doing. Toilets are provided for customers, I did not use them. I did use the provided waiting area, which also houses the cleaning chemicals, so smelled very nice. The waiting area was also very clean. The exterior of my car is much better than before if I am being picky theb I would mention a few missed marks but in the gard scheme of things, its okay. The interior is much better not very through, some dush on the dashboard and wheel. But for the price you pay it is worth it, no complaints from me. I will be back.

First time using HHC, there was a huge queue but never less they were efficient, friendly and it was a fast paced process. My husband usually washes our vehicles and even he was rather impressed how amazingly clean the car was. It cost £12 to do outside only and £25 to do both external and clean inside but I ran out of time for them to do the inside. They take card payments which is a bonus too. Many thanks!!

I always come here for my car wash and the service is consistently great. The team are efficient and do a really thorough job every time — my car always leaves looking spotless. Highly recommend if you want a reliable, good-quality clean🚗🫧✨

Edited.... I was asked (assuming by the manager) to write a 5 star review and they would add extra wax. I didnt have an issue as I have always been very happy with this car wash. Unfortunately after driving off and having a better look I realised standards have really dropped. Looking at other reviews seems like i am not the only one. Very disappointing especially given the owner clealy knows. When i got home i went over the inside myself. A little more quality control is needed without a doubt.

⚠️ PUBLIC WARNING ⚠️ Took my brand-new car for a wash. The operator used the jet wash dangerously close, resulting in damage to the roof decals. The manager’s response was extraordinary: • No apology • No responsibility accepted • I was told it was my fault for not warning them in advance There is no meaningful customer support. Contact details were only provided after persistent pressure. When challenged, accountability vanished entirely. Despite charging £25, this operation appears to function with: • No customer care • No complaints process • No acceptance of liability for damage caused by their own staff Customers are expected to accept that any damage is “at your own risk”. That is not how consumer law works. A disclaimer sign does not override a duty of care, nor does it excuse negligent workmanship. Bottom line: If they damage your vehicle, expect denial, deflection, and silence. 🚨 Proceed at your own risk — especially if you value your car. 🚨

HHC Car Wash did an amazing job with my car. The team was professional, careful, and paid great attention to detail. The car came out looking spotless, shiny, and refreshed. Really happy with their service and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.

Never seen my car this clean ever in and out I would 100% recommend happy hand car wash they fully met my requirements and the staff were very friendly and I would go again whenever I’d need a car wash. Thank you!

I’ve been going to Happy hand car wash for years now and the quality of service has just gone massively down hill based on my experience today. There were so many marks on both the inside and outside of my car. Not to mention after jet washing my alloys, the black paint has now started to come off (I checked right before I had it washed today and it didn’t look like this). There were also white marks/ scratches on the interior which weren’t there before. I’m really now regretting my choice going to them as I now have to pay for this to be repaired. Granted it won’t be much but an expense nonetheless. Like I said, I’ve always though they were a reliable business but I’m extremely disappointed.
