For how much they charge this is criminal. Dirt and residue still all over, interior and peddles feel like it’s been in a bath of oil, door pockets not hoovered, fluff and hair all still visible. I will never go back here what an absolute rip off I’d avoid this place at all costs people. Car was there for 3 hours might I add £160 (reduced) and funny how all the 1 stars have evidence and all the 5 stars are very generic posts

Brilliant service at H2O Red Car Wash! The team worked hard and did an amazing job — my car looks spotless inside and out. Fast, friendly, and great attention to detail. Definitely recommend! 🚗✨

I had a fantastic experience at H2O Red Car Wash in the Lakeside Shopping Centre Car Park 2. The team there are incredibly hardworking, professional, and friendly. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming and clearly took pride in what they do. They paid great attention to detail, making sure every part of my car was spotless — inside and out. The finish was excellent, and my car genuinely looked as good as new. You can really tell the guys care about doing a thorough job rather than rushing through it. On top of that, the service was quick and efficient, which is perfect when you’re shopping at Lakeside and want to come back to a sparkling clean car. Highly recommend H2O Red Car Wash to anyone visiting Lakeside — great value, great team, and top-quality results every time! 🚗✨

I had my car washed by H2O Car Valeting at the Lakeside Shopping Centre parking, and I’m very impressed. The customer service was amazing from start to finish, and the car wash itself was done very professionally. A young boy named Gurman did the job and he was polite, hardworking, and paid great attention to detail. My car looked spotless afterwards. Highly recommend their service!

Paid £80 (reduced from £94) for a luxe car wash. They missed so many bits it’s ridiculous. I didn’t have time to wait for them to redo it. 2nd time of having a bad experience here. Definitely won’t be back.

I came here today with good intent as I have heard great things about H2O car washes in lakeside and Westfield, however to pay a “premium” price of £60 for a car wash worth £10 is ridiculous as you’d think they would clean the front faces of your wheels, not only that but leaving dirt marks cars the car and The wash left my bonnet covered in streaky residue and cloudy marks, making the paint look hazy and poorly cleaned. Very disappointing turnout as I was looking forward to a good finish but that wasn’t the case.
