Hello guys don’t go to this place at any cost. I booked the top service for which i paid 230£ and clearly mentioned my car is already clean as it’s brand new bmw i7. The only thing I requested it was clean properly my (WHITE ) interior seats and seat belts. But once I came out at the sunlight check the car properly the seats were same as before. Not happy at all unfortunately I have to give one star they don’t deserve even one star.

**Exceptional Customer Service** I recently had my car washed at H2O Valeting Car Wash at Westfield Shepherd’s Bush, and I can't recommend this place enough. Lewis provided exceptional service from start to finish. He was incredibly engaging, friendly, and genuinely cared about ensuring my experience was nothing short of perfect. From the moment I arrived, Lewis made me feel welcome, taking the time to understand exactly how I wanted my car cleaned, and then delivering far beyond my expectations. My car came out spotless, and it’s clear that Lewis takes immense pride in his work. He paid great attention to every detail, leaving the car looking as good as new. His helpful attitude and dedication to quality service really stood out. It’s rare to find someone so passionate about what they do, and it’s this level of customer care that will keep me coming back. My car is still sparkling clean, but when the time comes for another wash, H2O is the only place I’ll trust. Lewis is truly an asset to the business – thank you so much for your outstanding service!

Absolutely amazing experience. Staff is very friendly, professional, I'll definitely be coming again with my Mustang. Used their services to look my car nice and shiny for the National Mustang day, and I was amazed when I saw the final results. They cleaned the engine bay as well 🙌 Well done guys, 👏 thank you 😊

I used the Westfield White City branch twice, both were bad experiences but the one this week left my car damaged. The first time once I got home and saw in the light, there had been lots of white wax residue left in the lettering and in seems all over the car so I had to take the time - after buying a small brush - to get all of the white residue cleaned out. Not a big deal but I don’t expect that after paying £93. This week I did flag before I dropped the car about the previous issue and was told it would not happen this time. I collected the car and on the way home, in the daylight, I noticed some markings on the wing mirrors, I called H20 to tell them and said I could come back but was told there was no manager there until 10am the next day. When I got home I saw that both of the wing mirrors were covered in splatter marks - that would not come off. As if there had been a product used that was too harsh that marked the carbon fibre. Also noticed that there was white residue again left in seems and on the hood, in the vents and lettering. Also marks on the baseboards inside the doors - again not what you expect after paying £93. I called back when I saw the extent of the wing mirror casing damage and was told to send an email, which I did with pictures. I called back again at 1030 am the next day and was told that the manager wasn’t in again and that he would contact me. After sending x2 emails, I was never contacted after by anyone - so in a nutshell, don’t waste your money at H20! Especially as they do nothing if they damage your car
