I am beyond disgusted with the behaviour and complete lack of professionalism shown by this valeting business. I made contact via Messenger after seeing positive reviews and clearly explained that I am heavily pregnant and due to go into labour at any time. I simply wanted my car valeted before my baby arrives. What should have been a straightforward booking turned into three consecutive days of cancellations, excuse after excuse, and zero accountability. On each occasion, I was only informed roughly two hours after the agreed appointment time that he would not be attending. That is not just poor organisation, it is blatant disrespect for a customer’s time. I paid a £40 deposit in good faith. After being cancelled on three times, I requested my money back. He agreed to refund it. It has now been nearly a week, and I am still waiting. Instead of returning my deposit promptly, I have been given multiple excuses as to why the transfer cannot be made. There is absolutely no justification for withholding someone’s money after repeatedly failing to provide the service paid for. As someone who is 10 months pregnant and preparing for labour, this situation has caused completely unnecessary stress at one of the most vulnerable and overwhelming times of my life. The lack of communication, reliability, integrity, and basic decency is shocking. I have tried to be patient and reasonable, but enough is enough. Taking a deposit, repeatedly cancelling, and then failing to refund the money is unacceptable. I strongly urge others to avoid booking, as my experience has been nothing short of appalling.

Really nice guy , had my car for a full day whilst cleaning, polishing and applying a ceramic coat. He did an excellent job even with some of my paint work needing extra attention. The results are outstanding and the products he uses really last. I’m still enjoying that show room shine every time I wash it thanks to the premium product Gareth uses and stocks

Bespoke quotation needed and exceeded. Came round and Gareth worked his magic to take my car back to virtually showroom condition. High gloss shine achieved. Friendly, very knowledgeable and takes a lot of pride in his work. Would definitely recommend and will be using again!!

This is an excellent, quality valeting service whether it’s a quick clean up or in depth ‘refurb’!! 👍👍 You’ll not be disappointed whatever ‘level’ of clean/valet you choose and your car will look amazing after Gareth’s treatment! 🚙🚙 There is a wide range of treatments available from just outside, inside to a full valet - just choose! I’ve recommended him to lots of friends who have been let down by other cleaning services and want more than just a quick car wash. Go on, you know you want a good looking car so call him!! 👍👍
