Barry washed our car today and did an amazing job. The car looks great he was even able to get a scratch out of the side. He was also great at communicating and very friendly. Thank you Barry!

Barry was extremely helpful from the start. I explained my set of circumstances and he was extremely accommodating, going above and beyond to get my poor car from its neglected state back to how it used to look. I decide to try this company as the one i normally use was not avaiable. they charge me £49 per car which was discounted price and apperently i have to pay extra £10 for the rubbish to be cleaned. i have added images and video of clean inside and outside and you will be suprised what you have paid for is not worthy... they offered me for one of their team to come back at the end but we missed each other. the email after that, sent out to me as per below. Opted for full wash and mini valet for a Seat Tarraco. Paid for large car surcharge but got charged £16 extra on the spot because it's a 7 seater. There was no option for this during the order ... so pretty rubbish start to the process. post wash, the tyres were not dressed and parts of the car were still filthy. All in all, the person spent 45 minutes on the car to wash, valet and wax the car - this in itself speaks volumes on the quality of the service received. Oh, and when i made a complaint, their defence was that the car was in an 'appalling state' - there was no mud or soiling on the car, just a regular family car in need of a wash. If the defence to a poorly washed car is because my car is dirty .. well, i'll let you decide whether what kind of company this is. Will not be using again.

I came across this company because I needed my car cleaned last minute. The reviews seemed good so I trusted it. I had my car exterior cleaned and waxed. After completion the car looked perfect (photo attached). However, after 1 day of some rain the wax ruined my car. I normally get my car cleaned and waxed from another company and even if it does rain it doesn't cause wax streaks on the car. I was left disappointed that this happened as it hasn't happened before with other companies I've used. The operator who cleaned the car got back to me and said the wax has done it's job. However, I paid for a service that cleans the car and I was not made aware that this is a possibility with this particular wax. I have had my car full valeted a few months ago and wax was applied however it didn't cause this issue afterwards. Avoid this company at all costs and they try their best to take no responsibility of any wrong doings.
