Where do I start? When I booked my two cars to get Full Valet, but I thought that this was a lot of money to spend on getting a car cleaned. But, goodness me, I got value for the outlay. Brandon spent over 4 hours doing an absolutely awesome job. Working flat out the whole time, both cars went from scruffy embarrassments to gleaming shiny stunners. Both me and my partner and extraordinarily happy with the results, both inside and out. The attention to detail was exceptional, and he deliberately left little stripes on the car mats, like a mini football pitch. Furthermore, Brandon spent time with us taking us through problem areas on each car. Taking us through problems areas with the paint and what could be done to improve them. I asked him advice on what to do about some areas of damage on my car, and he gave me invaluable pointers and options about what could be done. I will 100% book Brandon again, and would recommend him, and therefore FreshCar’s valeting service too. Whilst a not an insignificant amount of money to get a car cleaned, if you want it doing properly, then this is what it costs. Worth every penny! Get it done.

Paid for mini valet with pet hair removal. The valet couldn't remove all pet hair, missed a lot of cleaning on the car and said he didn't have enough time to wipe down the upholstery. Also more concerning is he drained my car battery completely when cleaning my car so I had to buy a charger to get it going again. The lights were left switched on and not checked when finishing the job. Overall poor experience leaving extra work for me to do when I had short times to turnaround the cleaning of the car due to end of lease return.

After chucking some old carpet scraps left on my drive I noticed that my car absolutely reeked of animal urine. Couldn't pinpoint the exact location and my own efforts to remove the smell was met with little success. Decided to try Fresh Valet for an indoor valet service and I was not disappointed with the results. Richie from Fresh Valet rescued my car and it's now better than new! From my description of the issue he knew exactly what to do to obliterate the oder and gave some wonderful after care advice once he was done. From top to bottom the interior was cleaned and I honestly don't think I've ever seen any car that pristine in my life, and that includes showroom cars! It took two appointments to kill the smell, as the product Richie knew he'd need wasn't available on his van, but he managed to kill 95% of the stench with what he had (which was a miracle in itself!) and finally got the last of it on his return trip with the correct cleaning formula. One thing I will make clear: the 5 stars is purely because of the exceptional work carried out by the valet Richie. Management definitely needs improvement, as my appointments were moved around, delayed and at one point booked incorrectly wasting a weekend morning. My invoice also had a typo in the bank details, causing a delay with payment being made. Richie: thank you so much for all your hard work. You saved my car!!

Luke was a really sound guy and he did an absolutely perfect job, even 10 days later with lots of Manchester rain and the car is still gleaming thanks to that ceramic coat. I'll definitely be booking Luke with fresh again.
