I booked an interior and exterior valet with mould removal. Unfortunately, I’m really disappointed with the result from Prasad. Although the car initially looked okay, the mould returned within 5 days. There is now a rotten smell in the car (like something has died), which definitely wasn’t there before. Immediately after the clean, the car smelt extremely strongly of vinegar which was presumably from the mould treatment, but I wasn’t warned it would smell that bad. After using the car properly, I also noticed several issues: - Items I’d forgotten to remove (like my trolley token and air fresheners) had been left scattered in the street like they had been carelessly jetwashed out of the car. -There was still rubbish left inside the car. -Between the seats wasn’t cleaned. -The glove box wasn’t cleaned. -The windscreen has streaks, making it difficult to see clearly. -The interior was left soaking wet, which I wasn’t expecting, I assumed it would be properly dried. They also initially asked to use my plug for electricity (I live in a flat), which was odd, and then didn’t end up needing it anyway. The appointment finished much sooner than expected, and the only thing said to me at the end was them promoting their own car wash business and telling me not to use Fresh car Valeting next time. Overall, I won’t be using either service again.

Andy did an excellent job valeting my car. He arrived on time and spent an hour working on the car. I'm very pleased with his work, I'd recommend him and I'll happily hire him again. Thank you!

Had mould in my old car (I’d not used for a month), needed a professional clean and wanted a home visit to sort it . I was so happy with the job Fresh did ! Inside and out looked perfect . All steam cleaned and safe again. Thanks so much

Had a full valet on my car today with Andrew who was very professional and friendly. He has done a superb job, the sour milk smell in my car has now gone from a spillage. Will definitely be using Andrew again! Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

Easy booking process, arrived on time, and did a good job on the body of my car but all 4 wheels were still dirty and had quite a bit of brake dust after the wash. For £35 would expect better honestly but if convenience is key it’s a good service albeit expensive for the outcome. Edit - after flagging the issues with FreshCar, Andy got in touch with me and sorted the issues I’d identified free of charge and at my convenience in between his jobs. Top customer service which I really appreciated. Given the outcome I’d use the service again and would recommend Andy.
