Mike was very honest from the start and made sure I was happy with good advice and never pushed for a higher price or unnecessary "extra" costs which is rare these days. My car was looking dirty plus I recently had it ceramic coated so was nervous and unsure how to clean it properly but he knew exactly what to do, got on with it straight away and now the car looks brand new again. Thank you 👏

I had recently had a full valet on my car in Thornton, booked after the positive reviews, but I was unlucky (I hope). The car was left unfinished, attention to details really missing, and some services not done at all. I was offered a £20 refund from the full price, as first and final offer, which is definitely not going to cover the missed areas and the frustration this caused me. My car was left like after a £15 quick hand car wash, or worse as I generally have good experiences with low cost hand car washes. Safe to say I will not be using again, and will not reccomend.

Mike has done an absolutely phenomenal job in sprucing my beautiful polo up today, I could not be happier. Booking was super easy (through their website), he arrived early and he did the most thorough job I’ve ever seen! He was kind enough to reassure me he’s seen worse in cars (but pretty sure it was up there with the other scruffy ones cos it’s not had a proper valet in years!!) - he was professional, courteous and just cracked on and got the job done!! Thank you ever so much Mike we will be using you again!! Ps hubby’s looked at the company he’s got coming for his car repairs and lone and behold it’s you guys so will be seeing you sooner than we all thought!! Thanks again! 🙂

Fresh car valeting, would like to thank Mike for an excellent job just finished a full signature valet. Absolutely amazing job arrived and completed on time leaving excellent results behind. Will not hesitate to recommend him and have downloaded the fresh car app and saved him as a preferred valeter. Also I have taken the time just a few minutes to sign up to the car club for future discussions on any work I have done definitely five star all round.

Thank you Mike. My car looks like new inside and out! I hate trying to get my windows clean inside and never get into the corners of the seats when I clean it myself. It smells nice too. Fantastic job!

I am absolutely impressed by the service from Mike with the valeting of my two cars. Can I just say I am so grateful he spent so much time to make sure every detail was perfect. I couldn’t recommend him enough. The work is just outstanding. Thank you so much again Mike!
