If you’ve got no website or online booking system you’ve gotta at least pick up the phone. Called three times and left two voicemails but no reply after two weeks. I’m not one to bomb ratings of local businesses with unjustified one star reviews. So just a note to the business owner that it might be worth at least having an automated voicemail letting customers know you’re not taking on new business.

EVS did a fantastic job cleaning my car inside and out. It's used for transporting a very muddy dog and was absolutely filthy. Lovely bloke, worked really hard and left it showroom clean. Highly recommend.

Cannot give a negative or positive review as we didn’t get our car cleaned. Paul came out and realised he needed a longer power cable so left and didn’t come back. I did reach out to Paul who informed me he had been involved in a car crash and now both his vehicles were off the road. I have no reason to disbelieve him as he seemed a nice guy. I’m sure many others will have cancellations in coming days as well. No discussion around rebooking g at a further date once his vehicles are back on the road. Hope you get sorted Paul.

Our car was used for dog walking and was caked in sand and mud where the pups had basically had free run when taking them home. I contacted EVS and arranged to have an interior valet done on the car and the gentleman I spoke with was very kind and professional and his work certainly speaks for itself, the interior of the car is like brand new with a fresh, new scent. I would definitely recommend and use again and his pricing is very reasonable. Once again thanks EVS!

Searched for a mobile valeter Morpeth area and saw EVS so chanced it, although I did see all the great reviews online so not too risky. Paul grafted non stop to make my neglected VW Polo into showroom condition inside and outside. I needed steam cleaning after a bin bag leaked onto my back seat on way to tip but thought why not get everything done including exterier polish. Car was left sparkling inside and out with no smell. My dad was very impressed and has booked Paul already. I would highly recommend. Thanks again, will call you next time Paul.
