Michael did an amazing job valeting our BMW! We had reluctantly decided that it was time to sell the family car after 10 years of super reliability. And wanted it to look it's best before we put it on the market. It looked so good we were even more reluctant to sell it, but on the plus side the Buyer loved it as well & picked the car up today. The first thing to say about Enhanced valeting is the owner is a genuine honest and kind person!! He is a very hard worker and his attention to detail is excellent! He takes pride in his work and does an amazing job the quality of finish is excellent! He pays attention to the smallest of details which shows not only does he care about them he wants to do a good job and the customer to be happy! He is patient and listens to concerns you have and does his best to fix what he can. He did an amazing job of car and brought it back to a high quality finish the platinum finish was exactly that!! Excellent work and thank you. I highly recommend this business. You won’t be disappointed.

Had Michael out today for a gold valet on my car which hasn’t been washed in near enough 5 years. He’s done an incredible job getting it back to showroom condition, including getting all the worn-in grime off the seats. Couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be asking him to return when the time comes. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Contacted for a detail and prices seem fair. I’m military in the UK and wanted to have a vehicle I bought detailed. Set up the detail after three weeks going back and forth. First scheduled detail was on a Saturday I cleared plans and the individual canceled due to no sitter to watch his child. I’m fine with it so we rescheduled two weeks later. I was then awoke to a text 1 hour away from the detail time to the individual not being able to make it due to a theft of his vehicle. Once again I cleared plans with my family for this. I also put a deposit of 66 pounds down and am currently awaiting a refund. 2 stars out of five for communication and I hope to see my refund. I also understand things happen but I’m getting a little weary due to the PayPal timeline on how long you have to refund and I could be overthinking it but I want to be safe. Running a business is not a leisure but a service you offer!
