Friendly, professional and very obviously really cares about doing a great job. We only had a mini-valet but Ivor couldn't stop himself from doing some extras. End result is not just shiny on the surface(s) - but clean as well. Very happy.

My car looks amazing so shiny inside and out. Car had extensive light scratches and marks very impressed most of these are gone. Fully recommend Embrace. Beautiful work.

Definitely a 5 star service! I was lucky enough to win a charity mini valet service kindly donated by Ivor at Embrace Valeting. I am delighted with the transformation. The Audi A1 has never looked so good both inside and out. Would highly recommend.

Ivor came today to do a valet on my Focus. His attention to detail is amazing, he arrived promptly and was a really nice guy. Car looks like a new car now, and smells amazing inside (previously it did not). He touched up scratches and make her look new again. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

We recently had a full inside and out valet on our Hyundai Tucson by Embrace Valeting and we’re absolutely over the moon with the results. The car was spotless inside and out, the engine looked better than brand new, and they even got some of our scratches out. And all for a VERY acceptable price. Will definitely use again. So so pleased! My car has never looked so good, not even when first purchased. Stains have come off the upholstery. Such a professional and friendly service. Definitely recommend. Will not disappoint. Thank you Ivor!

8:00 am start on a Saturday! Amazing. Ivor and his colleague offer a great service, they are friendly, helpful and efficient. The car looks 100% better. A million times better than a car wash, at a better price and the finish was excellent. Will definitely use them again.
