Really happy with my mini valet. I haven't looked after the interior of my car and the cream leather was very dirty, but it came up well. I didn't book and turned up on a very busy day, but they fitted me in the following morning. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Will be back!

An absolutely first-class service from start to finish. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the whole experience even better. My car looks fantastic! I’ll definitely be booking in again. Highly recommended for excellent value!

I’ve brought 4 vehicles to elite for full valets. Typically they do a great job, £50-£75 for a full detail and it turns out great. Recently I brought a Vw polo for a detail. It was in pretty bad shape, I was quoted £130 which I decided was fine as I already knew the level of service I’d be receiving. Unfortunately there was still mould on seat rails, lower seatbelts, carpets had a lot of dirt on them & I could see a lot of dirt remaining all over the car. I reached out to elite via email & didn’t receive a response hence my review. For basic routine cleans they are great, 4*, this is the only time I’ve been let down & it’s a shame I’ve not been able to speak to them about this.

First time visit on the 26th February 2026. Suitably impressed, will definitely return! Took good care cleaning my car and did a good job. One suggestion for consideration; £20 for a car wash and dry - same price for a BMW 7 Series as a Mini? Differentiate pricing between small and large cars perhaps?

I have been coming here for almost 2 years now. I found Chris and his outstanding team when I first moved to Cheltenham and I was looking for a professional place to get my car washed. I also wanted advice on how to protect my car as it had always been garaged and was now being parked in the street. I got my car ceramic coated as this is what they suggested when I explained my needs. I have never been so happy. It looked like it had just come out of the showroom even though it was a four year old car at the time. I have been coming here ever since and just appreciate the whole team. The guys are truly amazing, friendly, professional and super hard working. Even when I have brought my car in with some more challenging cleaning issues they give it back in perfect condition each time. I can highly recommend them for all your car cleaning and detailing needs. The only thing that was a little problem was if you turned up and there was a line of cars, your wait time could be quite long. I never minded as they are the best so it was worth the wait. I have just found out that they now have an App, one of the reasons for writing this review. I have already put it on my phone and it now allows me to book my washes, save all my details so I can make future bookings easily. "I highly recommend this team! They did an incredible job with a Mini Valet on our car; it came back looking like it belonged in a showroom. I was honestly shocked at the shine. It was raining on the drive home, and whatever coating they applied worked perfectly—the water beaded right off the bodywork and windows. Great value and super service. I chose them based on their excellent Google reviews, and I’ll definitely be a returning customer."

Excellent mini valet for £50 today. Interior and exterior were immaculate. Went the extra mile by polishing out a couple of blemishes. Waited comfortably in the upstairs cafe with a complimentary coffee. Will definitely use again and recommend to all.

Recommended by a friend. Took the wife's Kia in first...absolutely amazing service. Straight home and got my Kuga and back we went. The attention to detailed cleaning outside and inside is second to none. Never seen anything so amazing and the finish is top notch. All high quality products used, no rubbish cleaning agents, only the Best!! Price is unbelievably good 👍. Our cars will NEVER go anywhere else !!!!
