Took my car to Elite Heritage Autoworks for an oil change service and a new tyre. Great communication from Ellis and Tom throughout, fair pricing and the work was completed quickly. An excellent car dealer buy with confidence. Ellis was responsive and helpful from the outset and arranged delivery of my vehicle quickly and as agreed. I even had a very minor issue arise with the car shortly after delivery which was promptly and helpful resolved no quibbles. Haven’t had any better experience with a car dealer previously, highly recommend!

Fantastic service from beginning to end, even delivered the vehicle for a surprise for my partner. Communication was spot on and couldn’t do enough to please us. It’s rare that I take the time to leave a review whilst I should, but on this occasion I feel I would be doing them an injustice for not mentioning the service we received. I even had them ceramic coat my vehicle with a deep polish it looked amazing when it was delivered. Would definitely use again and already recommended them to friends and family. I would like to say thank you once again for making the transaction pleasurable

Ellis delivered my new Range Rover to me, 2 hours away at short notice. Amazing customer service and thank you very much for the flowers and wine! Great company, will be a long term relationship and would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell their car.

I have recently picked up with Elite Heritage to sell my vehicle, having established a relationship with them several years ago. From the initial call to discuss my situation, why I was selling, my availability, what I was looking to achieve. With a F2F meeting booked, I was completely impressed by the professional manner of the team. With details confirmed and a visit to view the car, and my details confirmed. We shook hands, signed documents and the deal was completed. What struck me was how everyone at Elite I spoke to had the same level of professionalism, the same approach of ‘client first’, what I questions do I have etc. At no point did I feel ‘sold to’ more I felt consulted, involved at when an offer was made, a clear rationale given. I cannot thank the team enough, I will be sure to recommend to friends and colleagues. They are not just Elite in name, everything that they do, as an organisation is Elite too.

My Clio is nearly 16 years old and it was beginning to show, so a valet and a bit of polishing was needed. The patience and attention to detail is quite astounding. My car now looks years younger, and my wife dare not go near as it's so clean. Stripes brushed into the floor mats means she doesn't want to put her feet down in the passenger foot well. Slippers may be needed! I'm almost loathe to drive it now, and should immediately sell the car it looks so much better, but I'm sure it's going to be easier to clean for some time, so maybe I'll keep it. :) Excellent job. recommended.
