I purchased my used Tesla Model Y direct from Tesla and the preparation was woeful at best. I took the car to Lewis and the team at Diamond Cut Detailing, and they worked an absolute miracle. The stage 1 polishing and front-end PPF look fantastic. Honestly, the car looks brand new now—every single mark, swirl, and scuff has completely disappeared. Lewis and his team are second to none, delivering top-quality workmanship and materials. I couldn't be happier with the results!

I have previous experience of Paint Protection Film (PPF) and ceramic coating, as I had both done on my Tesla back in 2022. As we intend to keep the new Macan S for some years I decided to do the same on the new car. My previous installer was no longer able to do it so I searched to find someone in the Exeter area as that was where the car was to be purchased from. Diamond Cut Detailing (DCD) are only a few hundred yards from Porsche Exeter on the Marsh Barton industrial estate (where just about every car dealership is located) and a visit to see their premises and a talk to Lewis Franklin, the DCD director, convinced me that they would be a good fit. I wanted a full front end PPF covering - bonnet, front bumper, wings and mirrors. I excluded the headlights as Lewis advised that Porsche apparently will not entertain any issues with headlights if they have had PPF applied - something to do with delamination I think. DCD use XPEL Ultimate Plus and it has a 10 year warranty. I must say that they have done an incredible job - as any PPF installer will tell you, the Macan bonnet is one of the most difficult jobs to do because it is one-piece covering not just the bonnet but part of the wings also. I think only XPEL makes a sheet big enough to cover it in one. How they get all the bubbles out beats me - I find it difficult enough to fit a screen cover on my iPhone! Once the PPF was done the whole car received a Titan PX10 ceramic coating which has a lifetime warranty (not sure whose, mine or the car!). They also gave it full glass protection and removed the wheels and used Titan Pyro PX10 on the alloys and callipers to repel water and dirt. The professionalism of DCD is amazing - the premises have all the lighting and equipment needed and Lewis kept me informed every day with what had been done - and sent numerous photos during and after the work was completed. The whole team are so dedicated to producing great results and it’s no wonder that they are picking up business from dealerships as well as individuals like me. They liaised closely with Porsche Exeter to make sure the work was completed on time, ready for my collection day. Nothing is too much trouble and I now want some PPF installed on the centre console and Lewis has found that XPEL have a template for that also. They are competitive on price, but the primary thing for me was to find an installer who was good. I can certainly say that DCD are better than good - they are amazing and I can thoroughly recommend them. And now to the inside. Although the centre console looks great with its shiny piano black finish, it is a magnet for fingerprints and even worse, scratches. But Lewis managed to source a ready-cut PPF template which he applied to the surface and it is now protected from any scratches and seems not to attract fingerprints as much also. Thanks guys! Great job again! Now the inside is as well protected as the outside!

A big thanks to Lewis and the team at Diamond Cut Detailing for the work on my 2023 Porsche 718 Spyder. I went for a 2-stage paint correction and ceramic coating and I’m really pleased with the result — the paintwork looks like new again. They were friendly, professional and took the time to explain how to look after the finish properly afterwards. I’d definitely recommend them.

All I can is WOW! Lewis & the team absolutely smashed it out of the park. From the initial enquiry until the work was carried out, the whole process was faultless! Lewis helped with ideas / designs and nothing was to much trouble. I would highly recommend Diamond cut detailing to everyone 🙌

I wanted to future proof my 2017 VW Amarok 3.0 V6 against the Great British Weather!!! So I booked it into Diamond Cut Detailing for the Full Package of External, Internal, Wheels Off and Engine Bay detailing. The results were absolutely STUNNING!!! They went Over and Above what I hoped for and made some unique changes along the way. Nothing was too much trouble and as they had provided me with a courtesy car I was able to leave it with them slightly longer which resulted in my Truck going from a “Clean Example” to a just like new “Car Show Ready” example. The results were truly AMAZING and genuinely took my breath away!!!!. I can’t thank the team enough for all their hard work and especially Lewis for the subtle upgrade suggestion He’s an absolute Legend and a Gentleman. And honestly 5 Stars is no where near enough to rate and recommend them. I’m so happy with the result’s that I’ve booked their monthly Top Up package so every 4 to 5 weeks I can take it back for a protection top up and clean. Thanks a Million guys😊🤗👍👍
