Chose this service based on strong reviews and booked a £250 interior reset detailing package for a recently purchased used car. The vehicle had just come from a dealership, where the interior prep appeared rushed and poorly done, so I was looking for a professional reset to bring it up to a high standard. When collecting the car, I noticed a few areas where dirt had not been removed. To be fair, most of these were under the seats and not immediately visible. Someone who appeared to be the owner/manager asked me to point out any additional issues and was willing to address them on the spot. However, I rely on a professional detailing service to identify and resolve such problems as part of their expertise. I cannot reasonably be expected to find everything myself in a few minutes. Overall, I was expecting a thorough interior restoration, but what I received was closer to a decent interior wash. The result was acceptable as a basic clean, but it did not meet the level of detail or quality that was promised.

Had an excellent experience with Detailz London. Wasim and his staff are incredibly humble, down to earth, and genuinely helpful. Their PPF work is outstanding, and no job is too big for them. They are extremely accommodating and went out of their way to work around my requirements. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-quality work and great customer service.

I took my brand new BMW M3 (sub 300 miles)to Detailz London for their complete new car detailing package. Honestly, from the first phone call with Waseem I was instantly reassured about the workmanship that Detailz offer and the very high standard that they hold themselves too. Everything was explained clearly and honestly and as a 1st time customer trusting them with my new car was all the more easier. The chaps were able to book me in good time and on the day of dropping the car off, I met with Hamza who once again explained the whole process and completely reassured me that it would be a top job once complete. The team really took their time with the car and did a thorough job, I came back 24 hours later once the initial curing on the ceramic was complete completed and oh my God, These guys absolutely smashed it out of the park. The car looked like it was made of black glass, It looked 1 million times better than on the day of my collection from BMW. I cannot thank these guys enough for all of their efforts and the pride that they’ve taken their work. I did the full new car preparation which included the full Gtechniq ceramic coating on all body work, windows, interior and wheels. If you are considering Detailz my honest advice is just do it, you won’t regret it, these guys are the best in the game.

I went for a full ultimate detailing and ceramic coating package. The team at Detailz did a wonderful job and made my car like new both inside and outside. I love how efficient they are — it’s super easy to enquire online and get a quote. Wasim communicated everything very clearly and made the process so smooth. Will definitely recommend Detailz!

Excellent experience from start to finish. The team are professional, punctual, and very detail-oriented. I’ve had my vehicle fully PPF by Detailz and Detailed on various occasions and the level of service is second to none. The only place in East London to get your vehicles cleaned and detailed. I use them with all my vehicles and fully recommend them. The final results are always outstanding and the service is always efficient and clearly done with care and expertise. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high-quality car detailing and wash services.
