I’ve tried many car washes around NG7, NG8, NG9, and NG10, and this one is by far the best. The price is very reasonable, the service is super quick, and they clean every part of the car with real attention to detail. The interior and carpets are spotless, and they even clean the boot area thoroughly. Excellent value and top-quality service — I’ll definitely keep coming back here every time!

Have used this place for some years. Service is friendly and usually pretty good. Plus, it is convenient for me living just across the road from the site. Frustratingly, prices seem to vary depending on who cleans my car. As far as I'm aware I have a medium-sized vehicle and that should be £8 for an exterior only valet. But one week it is £8 and the next week it's £10 and so on and so forth. Regardless, I always pay £10 so they either get a £2 tip at £8, or no tip at all if it's £10. Rarely these days do you get offered one of their complimentary air fresheners, unless you specifically ask for one. Regardless of the mentioned couple of shortcomings, I think Pit Stop Car Wash is certainly worth four stars overall.

Didn’t clean my car as in picture, when i told to clean alloys properly they have started arguing . I think i have wasted my £10 for this car wash . Avoid these people doing shit on my hard work money. You can see how dirty windscreen yhey have left . They blaming that its dark instead of putting more lights instead of one light. Waste of time and waste of money.

Got charged £25 for very poor service. In addition damaged my sat nav (broke the center selector knob which I realised when I got home) Things to note 1) New management. 2) To the owner if you "shake your head" it means you're calling him stupid 3) Was informed that if there was any items in the car - they will not clean that area 4) The amount of areas that were not cleaned are far to many to mention I've provided a few pics

It is not my first visit to Pit Stop car wash as I bring both mine and my wifes car here when I can't be bothered to donit myself and the service is always great. I had an incident involving spilling a full 10Ltr of diesel in the boot of my Saab 9-3, I asked on arrival how much this would cost to try and collect it all and clean it up along with the general inside and out cleaning of the car itself. The manager Naz said he would charge me £30, which was very reasonable, so I agreed to do it. On emptying the boot and having a closer look, the diesel had gotten through all over my back seat. Naz took out my seat and tried his best to squash as much out as he could into the fuel interceptor before jet washing and shampooing it a number of times. Then came out the boot liner and same again. Once dried a little bit then he began to vacuum the now slightly damp seats and liner before replacing. I know that the smell of diesel will be there and will be a nightmare from now on, but the effort put in for such a small cost (tip added to that I might add) was second to none, very impressed with this kind of service.

Car hadn't been cleaned for 6 months due to house move,work family commitments but these guys had to wash it twice and cleaned inside as well. Did a brilliant job and charged normal rate, I did give them a good tip for such a good job Car like brand new. Will definitely use again.
