Probably the worst choice for your car valet. I told them beforehand that my car had some mold, yet when I arrived home after picking it up there was still untouched mold all around the front seats! Had to take it back the next day, where they did address the mold, but I don't live locally and this shouldn't have been an issue. They also stole change out of my cup holder and removed an uneaten burger (fine but at least have some discretion about what you bin.) Just not worth it, and it isn't even a particularly competitive price!

I thought I would give this place another go,had one of there buy 10 get one free cards I had two cars I took weekly, I always have Wash & Dry £10 come to my 11th clean told that will be £2 sir, only the wash is free!took my cars after this to central car wash Morecambe Wash Dry spray wax £8, due to traffic and a road trip took one car to Caton rd giving them an opportunity to impress, wow what a fail, leave me waiting a good 5 mins while they finish their cigarettes and chat no other vehicle on site,then begin wash, after being asked after wash to move the vehicle under cove for drying I noticed the suicidal flies or what was left remained on the windscreen, I got out and pointed this out, after "ok I will clean" response I get back in the vehicle! Now £8 is a wash. £10 is a wash and dry, my Toyota CHR was deemed a large vehicle and the fee became £12 even though in the past it was classed as small/medium, when questioned I was told "ok just £10 then" It's worth the drive to Morecambe as better cleaning and the savings cover fuel from Lancaster to Morecambe!

Don't go to this place, 0 integrity, and no ability to adhere to simple requests. I asked for and pointed out an area that needed to be avoided due to some missing lacquer, but they didn't avoid it and the result was x3 more damage. The car wasn't finished, no drying off at all, one of the fellas was about to do it, then the guy who I spoke to told him not to do it and that I was all done, seemed a little strange, but with stuff to do I headed off. Got home and saw the damage. Had obviously just wanted me off the premises before I saw what had happened. Embarrassing behaviour.

Just sat in my car very impressed. Left my car 1 hour ago, very dirty inside and out and now is spotless!!!! Amazing job and the person who I dealt with was 💯, super nice and with a great vibe. I will be back and recommend to all my friends. Thank you.
