I recently took my car in for a light polish and ceramic coating. Overall, the polish and ceramic finish came out well, and the car looked great in terms of shine and protection. However, I was quite disappointed with the stone chip touch-up work. Before the job, I specifically asked whether the small stone chips (mainly on the bonnet) could be touched up, and it was agreed this would be done if I provided the paint, which I did. Unfortunately, the touch-up result was poor. Instead of being carefully blended, the paint was applied in noticeable blobs that were not flattened or finished properly. Even a light touch up would have made a big difference. I wasn’t able to speak directly with Mikhail at the time, but I did message him afterward to raise my concerns. He explained why the flattening wasn’t done and offered to try and improve it, which I appreciate. Still, it’s hard to overlook that the initial result was left in such a state. In summary, while the polishing and ceramic work were good, the attention to detail on the touch-ups didn’t meet expectations.

I recently purchased a car from a dealership and was planning to get some detailing work done, so I visited Sterling Purity as their work looked great. From the very start, the owner went above and beyond, purely out of his own gesture, he spent a significant amount of time inspecting my car in great detail. During that process, he spotted a major issue with one of the panels that wasn't made aware to me from the dealership. He clearly explained everything simply to me, showed me all the evidence, and provided guidance on how to deal with it with the dealership. It was obvious he genuinely cared and had deep knowledge - you don’t come across that kind of honesty and skill every day. He clearly isn't here to just take money from the customer, as he advised me not to carry out the work. I’m genuinely gutted I couldn’t get the detailing work done this time, but seeing the cars in the workshop and the quality of work in progress, it’s clear this is a top-class setup. I’ll definitely be back once my current issue is resolved. Highly recommended for anyone who values expertise, integrity, and real attention to detail.
