My partner and I have just had our cars cleaned inside and out . We got in early so didn’t have to wait. Service was quick and friendly enough , good value and a great result

The exterior looks decent, but the interior feels rushed and unfinished. Overall, pretty average. Victoria Industrial Estate offers much better value and quality

All I ask is to be treated with friendliness and a smile. From the moment I arrived I was treated with rudeness and a sense of judgement for having a dirty car. That’s why I came to have it cleaned I’m not quibbling about the price but I am quibbling about your customer relations. Just be friendly and smile and don’t act like you’re in a fury . I’ll take down this review and come back if you actually make sure your staff are friendly and pleasant- remember the customer is always right.

£33 for an inside clean and it came back just as dirty as we took it there. This place used to be very good but the new team are very poor. Fortunately there are lots of other places locally and I going elsewhere.

No other place comes close to the incredible job these guys do. Car is always left in perfect condition and looking and smelling brand new. They don’t rip you off on the price, they are so friendly as well and they always leave any found items/ Change in the seat. Excellent at their job, reliable, hardworking and honest. That’s my experience over the years. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

**Great customer experience. Owner is a good guy.** Edit to the above from 5* to 2*...perfect example of how you shouldn't leave someone in charge who doesn't know how to deal with customers. I have had 3 of my cars serviced here last time and was charged 25 pounds each ( Total of 75). Today this kid (owners son I reckon) decided to get all aggro with me just because I mentioned that they are charging me more this time. I told him no need to get aggro and he kept being more aggro that I was wrong and how my car was now suddenly large!!! This kids arrogance cost the business 75 -29 = GBP 46.. it all adds up!! 2nd Oct 2025 Response to your comment..you didnt appear calm at all. I kept asking you to calm down as I had already paid for the service and was just making an observation that I had been charged less for the same car last time. You could have handled it in a much better way without seemingly accusing me of dishonesty. I have never owned a qashqai so you clearly have this mixed up with someone else. I brought 3 cars on the same day BMW 318i, Mercedes and the same Discovery that you washed. I would say lets discuss with your dad as I had paid for the 3 cars together on the same day and both of us spoke about the importance of Customer Experience and that I was impressed with his attitude. He will surely remember. If it's a genuine error then I am open to discuss and close the matter.
