Brian carried out a thorough valet of our car this afternoon and did a superb job both inside and outside the vehicle. We’ve got a dog who sheds a lot, and he did a fantastic job at getting rid of all her hair. The car is cleaner now than when we bought it from the dealership! Can highly recommend.

I had my car valeted today by Mr Anderson who turned up on time and cleaned my car to a very high standard. He gave me advice and helpful comments on what he thought I should do as I was taking the car for a trade in. I opted for the Gold service and I was more than happy with his service . When I have bought my new car I will let Brian clean it regularly.

Brian always does an incredible job on our absolutely lost cause of a family car. He manages to deal with months of dirt and mud caused by the kids and dogs (and me) and then makes the car look absolutely shining. Really thankful he is always happy to come back and valet for us!

I strongly advise against using Brian’s services. I purchased a four-year-old car that had previously belonged to a dog owner. Although it had been professionally valeted before I bought it, there was still a noticeable dog odour, particularly on warmer days. I reached out to several local valeters for quotes on a full interior deep clean—most offered the service for £50–£60, which included a thorough vacuum, cleaning and dressing of all plastics, shampooing of carpets and mats with enzyme cleaner, seat treatment (or shampooing), and cleaning of the headliner. Brian arrived at the agreed time but returned to my door just 50 minutes later claiming the job was complete. Having previously worked in the industry, I found this timeframe very short for a proper deep clean. When I questioned it, he assured me he had completed everything, including cleaning the headliner. However, upon closer inspection after he left, it was clear the job had not been done thoroughly. Dog hair remained in the headliner, between the seats, and in the boot. I checked my CCTV footage and saw that he had simply vacuumed the car, wiped down surfaces with a strong-smelling chemical (including the seatbelts), and then set off an odour bomb before sitting in his own car for 15 minutes. This was certainly not the deep clean I had paid for. To make matters worse, when I questioned him afterwards, he suggested that if the smell remained, I should just spray some Febreze—a clear admission that he knew the odour hadn’t been properly addressed. I messaged him to request that he either return to complete the job properly or provide a partial refund. Despite reading the message, he chose not to respond. Unsurprisingly, the dog smell still remains. I paid a professional to carry out a detailed and specialist service—not to mask the smell with chemicals and skip the hard work. I could have done what he did myself. Extremely poor service, disappointing experience, and not someone I would recommend. The photos attached were taken after he claimed to have completed a deep clean.
