Visited B&Q Gloucester today to buy weed control fabric, but couldn’t find the item despite it showing in stock online. Mandy was professional and incredibly helpful, even during a busy period, she took the time to search and found the last two items for me. This meant a lot, as I had planned my gardening work for today and really needed the material. Excellent customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you, Mandy, for your kindness, effort, and willingness to help even during a busy period. B&Q Gloucester is fortunate to have team members like you.

Staff on Saturday were knowledgeable about the products stocked and very helpful despite it being busy. On this occasion, the online stock levels weren't accurate for the timber I wanted: online showed ~70 in-stock but unfortunately there were none in-store. Despite this, the staff helped me find an alternative. Sorry about the trail of cement from the burst bag 😂

Daughter went in to Gloucester store sat 3/01 to see about having a new bathroom refitt. No interest from staff, so couldn’t pursue it. Put other items in trolley for decorating jobs. Approaching cash till and asked if 6 year could use toilet. Told no , so left trolley and spent money at the range instead. Loss of £120 on till and possibly a bathroom refit. Madness.

Today I got an opportunity visit Gloucester B&Q . Their Christmas tree collection was amazing. Both artificial and origonal tree collections are awesome. Staffs are polite and ready to serve you with lot of energy even after 4 pm. Store is super clean and tidy. Ample parking space is available.

I had a really positive experience during my recent visit. The store was tidy and well laid out, making it easy to find what I needed. Staff were approachable and offered helpful advice when I had questions, but also gave me space to browse. The checkout process was quick and efficient, which I appreciated. Overall, a smooth and pleasant shopping trip—I’ll definitely return for future projects.

I recently purchased indoor plants from B&Q Gloucester and was very impressed with the quality and health of the plants. The staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Additionally, their prices are very competitive compared to other stores so its a great value. The store is well-maintained and neat. Highly recommended!

The only DIY store worth visiting. Well stocked shelves laid out clearly although, annoyingly, stuff is moved about a few times a year. Staff generally are chatty, cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. The 'end of line' section is always worth a visit. Easy access to the site with plenty of parking just watch out for the time restrictions.
