First thing the guy was on own so over worked. Went with brother today , got over charged and bad job! Had to go to another car wash ,I tried to call but number not in use. As we left he blasphemed to us under breath! I had to beg my brother not to go back once he checked the car when home.

This car spa is straight-up terrible and borderline disrespectful to customers. The work was lazy, rushed, and clearly done by people who don’t care at all about quality ( I think his name is Shaban). My car came back still dirty, with streaks, missed spots, and grime that anyone with eyes would’ve noticed. Calling this place a “car spa” is a joke — I’ve seen better results from a £5 DIY wash. On top of that, the staff were uninterested and unprofessional, acting like doing the bare minimum was too much effort. Absolute waste of money and time. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else

I recently discovered this fantastic local car wash - Rada and his team are incredibly professional and take pride in their work. My car was left absolutely spotless – better than I’ve ever seen it! They also specialize in motorcycle washes, and I’ve used their services several times for my bike. Each time, the results were exceptional. An added bonus for me is the location - you can relax at the garden centre and enjoy some tea and cakes while they work on your vehicle 😊 It’s a perfect combination of top-notch service and a lovely way to spend some time. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for outstanding car or motorcycle cleaning!

I had a valet and polish today and fully recommend Botley Car Spa. I’ve had my car washed here on and off for years. Today was my first visit after new management took over and they did an outstanding job. My car was filthy, after weeks of rain, driving through puddles, falling leaves etc. I went for an express valet and also got a polish (£22 extra but worth it). My car was gleaming inside and out, I don’t think it’s ever looked so good! I’ve attached a picture so you can see for yourself. Prices have increased slightly but in my opinion it’s worth a few quid extra. I also found staff to be friendly and helpful.
