He’s incredibly friendly, approachable, and takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why, which really shows how knowledgeable and passionate he is about his work. The attention to detail is second to none. On one occasion he even corrected paint issues that were present when the car came from the showroom, leaving the finish looking better than new. Purchased a four month old Mini Countryman JCW from the dealer with 1300 mile on the clock and (having arranged beforehand) took it direct to Blake Car Care for assessment and detailing. The car had only been cleaned by the dealer however during the assessment it became apparent the true condition of the outside my “new” car with swirl marks on plastic components and paintwork all due to poor cleaning practice. Over two days BCC did their work including a final ceramic coating, they kept me informed of progress including pictures. I collected my car on the third day and was very pleased with the results, paintwork, plastic panels and wheels looked perfect with all signs of previous “cleaning” removed. Now I have my car as it should have come out of the showroom.
