Ross and the team at Blackbeard came to me through recommendation. Couldn’t have been a better experience from start to finish. Car looked great when it was done and I was surprised how reasonable the cost was. Will be using Ross and the team going forward and have recommended them to others. 10/10

I have recently used Ross and the team at Blackbeard's for some work and would thoroughly recommend. I firstly needed a last minute/quick turnaround on a finance company handback after discovering some pronounced etching on the paintwork across the roof and bonnet due to tree sap. Ross had the car in first thing the next day after taking my call at 5pm, we sorted a time for the work to be completed, and Ross turned the job around well in advance even accounting for me having less than 2 weeks before the handback date/assessment. The car was immaculate after Ross used a compound on the paintwork and buffed the etching out. I was informed of price and process up front which was great. The work and turnaround was so helpful I then asked Ross to complete a paint enhancement with Gtechniq CSL ceramic sealant on my new BMW 1 Series. Again, everything agreed and planned up front and the finished product was fantastic. Super pleased. Thanks again Ross and team and thoroughly recommend.

Recently purchased my car from Main Dealer, the OCD in me wasn't happy with paintwork condition nor whatever products was added to make it shiny, swirls, and other minor issues, it needed some love by professional detailers, Ross and team at Blackbeard's Detailing completed a single stage polish ceramic packaged on my car, and wow, what a difference it has made, first time also into Gtechniq ceramic coating world, and its really worth it! Thank you Ross and team, fantastic job, I'm very happy!

Having just bought the car I wanted the best protection and finish I could get for it. Ross was highly recommended and he didn’t disappoint. State of the art facilities and years of knowledge resulted in a perfect Finnish. Ross and his team offer so many alternatives and their customer service is second to none. Was recommended Blackbeards Detailing by a friend and boy I'm glad he did . Got Excellent advice from Ross in regards to the package that suited my car best with Ceramic coating and also some ppf. The car has a full alcantara interior which I was worried about , but they protected that aswell. The car is now better than it left the factory and my hand actually slid off the door handle when picking it up. The coating is that insane. Thanks to Ross and Josh and i can't recommend their work highly enough. Will be back. Wrote this again as Google made it disappear and the guys deserve an honest review as their service was spot on.
