Thank you so much Rich. Your service, expertise and workmanship goes above and beyond, as is your attention to detail, which is meticulous. You have made our car, which is new to us [3 years old] look like it is brand new . . . Rich explained the whole process to us before we booked our appointment. When we took our car, Rich again explained the whole process, which was really appreciated. When we collected our car, we walked around the corner and there was our car, dazzling in the sunshine, wow, we were both amazed, was this really our car, [number plate gave it away]. The interior valet is as good as the exterior finish. Rich advised us how to look after the paintwork on our car. We would highly recommend Rich. You know your car is in safe hands. Thank you.

Rich is a top class bloke who cares nothing more than to make your pride and joy look better than the day it left the showroom. I stumbled across Rich when looking for someone local to ceramic coat my wife’s car and found one of the UK’s best detailers hiding on Pensnett Trading Estate in an incredibly inconspicuous set-up for someone with his skills and detailing prowess. Rich’s work speaks for itself and you won’t be disappointed.

I recently purchased a new to me Land Rover Discovery 5 from a main dealer. The pre collection preparation process wasn’t done properly leaving holograms and swirls in the paint work. The dealer agreed for me to have this addressed locally as I had purchased the car in London, at their expense. I contacted Richard at Black Country Detailing to seek his advice as his company are highly rated. I now know why, as he has totally transformed my car! When I dropped the car off Richard explained in full the process required to rectify the paintwork issues. When I collected the car I was truly impressed with the results. The black paint looked gorgeous, truly unbelievable results. Richard had also gone meticulously cleaned the interior, the car was like new! Richard explained how to maintain the shine, the do’s & don’ts, the products required, he really went the extra mile. I cannot praise Rich at Black Country Detailing enough. His passion and expertise is first class and on top of that he is a smashing chap. I took my new Nissan straight to his workshop and to the untrained eye looked great. But 2 days later it looked incredible. The finish was absolutely pristine and could not get over the beautiful shine and feel of the paintwork I would recommend anyone who invests their hard earnt cash in a new car to take it to Rich. His costs are very resonable and worth every penny and you will not regret spending the extra money after he has worked his magic 5 stars + Thanks Rich

Had my car detailed by Rich recently. What an amazing job he did. He was very meticulous, the quality of his work is second to none. Inside was like new, outside was gleaming like a new showroom car. Windows, Lights and Panoramic roof was exceptional. Seats carpets door cards were all treated and smelt like a new car. Sent my C63 into Rich at Black County Detailing for a two stage machine polish. The result is incredible. The paint work is now absolutely immaculate. The car also received an interior valet, It was literally like collecting a brand new car up! Superb communication and service and at a very favourable price.
