Worst car wash I’ve ever seen. My car is just as dirty as it was when I went in. Absolutely awful service. Avoid at all costs.

Quality of the wash was poor, with the wheels remaining dirty. Worst thing was that they damaged my car by knocking the first letter off the badge! And they didn't tell me! I went back and found it, and got a sorry. Nothing else. I wouldn't bother!!

Poor service, unprofessional don’t know what they are doing, use brush same on wheels and the body scratches on my new car and won’t accept the mistakes

Just all round pretty poor service. The two foreign workers are useless. Had an engine steam clean… 1 hour later and the water dried just looked the same. While I was there got the van cleaned outside…again couldn’t tell anything had been done. You forgot my two back tires as well.

Fantastic service, first time going today and very friendly. Wasn’t overcharged or overpriced. Highly recommend and will be coming when the car needs a good bath. Also found some monkey business in the rafters. Thanks

Pulled in for a wash today, opted for the £7 wash which included a steam dry and tyre shine, when nearly done I was offered a seat/carpet vacuum for an additional £3, why not I thought as I did have some dust on the back seat. When it was stated that the wash was complete I had to point out that the front passenger carpet hadn't been touched, I also asked for the dash to be wiped over but not done and to finish it off the outside of the car was still dirty, lets put it this way if I am able to draw a comedy penis (see picture) in the remaining dirt on the car there must be something wrong!!! Bear in mind I had pointed out the dirt while there which was allegedly cleaned off however there's still sufficient for some humorous artwork. When home I noticed the dust on the back seat was still there, I've just wiped it off with my hand so shows that nothing of any value had been carried out including the dirt left on the alloys. Overall £10 mostly wasted, I was given a loyalty card which won't be used, funnily enough the back of the loyalty card states 'All by Time Served Professionals' clearly not so! Very disappointed and will go back to my usual car wash in Parr next time.
